IPW (Indies Prime Wrestling)
TV #8 (May 22, 2021)
Ian Riccaboni welcomes viewers to a night of five more championship tournament matches, ahead of the big Battle for the Belts PPV coming up next week. Let's get to the action...
Jody Fleisch defeats Benjamin Carter Carter came into this cruiserweight seminfinal match with an undefeated record in the IPW, but his inexperience showed as the wily Brit Fleisch hit Carter with everything he had right from the opening bell and beat him with a 720 DDT. Fleisch will move on to face Sammy Guevera for the cruiserweight championship.
Maria Manic defeats Penelope Ford Like Benjamin Carter, Ford came into her tournament bout undefeated, but she ran into a larger, more powerful opponent. Manic came out on top in this hard-fought quarterfinal match after hitting an F5.
40 Acres (Tre Lamar & PB Smooth) defeats Barkley and the Blade (Wes Barkley and Pepper Parks) All four men put forth a good effort in this semifinal match, with 40 Acres emerging victorious when Smooth beat Barkley with Call the Coroner. 40 Acres will now face Massage NV for the championship next week.
Willie Mack defeats Logan Black (with Karlee Perez)
Perez was unable to influence this quarterfinal match as Mack took control early and finished Black with a 6-Star Frog Splash.
Luchasaurus defeats Jonah Rock These two big men put on a good match last month, but this quarterfinal matchup was an all-time classic - perhaps the greatest IPW match we've seen yet. Luchasaurus accumulated 5 fatigue tokens, while Rock accumulated six, leaving both men a bloody mess. In the end, an exhausted Luchasaurus hit a Shining Lizard for the win after a memorable battle. Hopefully we'll see another rematch in the future.
Before going off the air, Riccaboni reminds viewers of the regular weekly show next week, along with the pay-per-view event where three championship belts will be awarded. The Battle for the Belts PPV will begin with heavyweight semifinal matches featuring Killer Kross vs Luchasaurus (if he's recovered from his battle this week) and Willie Mack vs Martin Casaus. The winners of those matches will face off for the championship after two other championship bouts: Sammy Guevara vs Jody Fleisch and 40 Acres vs Massage NV. Also don't forget about the previously announced grudge match between Thunder Rosa and Courtney Rush!

IPW (Indies Prime Wrestling) TV #9 (May 29, 2021)
Ian Riccaboni opens the show by touting the next IPW event, which is the inaugural Battle for the Belts pay-per-view, but he is interrupted by Sammy Guevara and Martin Casaus. They want to introduce their new manager, who will be in their corner for tomorrow night's tournament matches. Here she is: Salina de la Renta! She tells Riccaboni that she's the missing ingredient for the championship aspirations of both Guevara and Casaus, and she guarantees their victories.
Let's get to tonight's matches:
Benjamin Carter defeats Wes Barkley
Carter suffered a disappointing tournament loss to Jody Fleisch last week, but he bounced back impressively here, as he gained the win with a top rope Spanish fly.
As Bobby Cruise was about to introduce the combatants in the next quarterfinal match in the IPW women's tournament, the devious Karlee Perez strolled out to the ring and grabbed the mic. She said she's here to introduce the newest twisted member of her stable: Su Yung.
Su Yung defeats Brittany Blake Yung made a notable first impression by blowing red mist into Blake's face and then hitting her Panic Switch finisher to pick up the win.
Alexander Hammerstone defeats Eddy Blackwater Hammerstone got back on track after Perez and Killer Kross cost him his quarterfinal match two weeks ago. Here he used his Nightmare Pendulum to quickly beat Blackwater.
Jonah Rock defeats Gringo Loco Loco severely tested Rock, racking up four fatigue tokens on him, but Rock recovered and gained the pinfall win after hitting a slingshot corner splash.
Filthy Violence (Kevin Ku & Erick Stevens) defeats George Gatton & P.J. Hawx Ku and Stevens gained revenge for their upset defeat at the hands of Gatton and Hawx nearly two months ago. This time Stevens hit Gatton with a powerslam into the corner to pick up the win.
To close the show, Riccaboni ran down the exciting lineup for tomorrow night's lineup at Battle for the Belts: the winner of Willie Mack vs Martin Casaus will face the winner of Killer Kross vs Luchasaurus for the IPW heavyweight championship. There will also be a no DQ women's quarterfinal grudge match between Thunder Rosa and Courtney Rush. Also look for the tag team championship match between 40 Acres (Tre Lamar & P.B. Smooth) and Massage NV (Dorian Graves & VsK) and the cruiserweight championship match featuring Sammy Guevara vs Jody Fleisch. See you there!

IPW (Indies Prime Wrestling) PPV #1: Battle for the Belts (May 30, 2021)
Ian Riccaboni opens the IPW's first PPV along with co-commissioners Stokely Hathaway and Veda Scott, as they welcome viewers to Battle for the Belts. By the end of the night, the IPW will crown champions in 3 of its 4 divisions! Let's head to the ring where we'll get started with the two semifinal matches in the heavyweight ranks.
Willie Mack defeats Martin Casaus (with Salina de la Renta) De la Renta had guaranteed a win, and she tried to force the issue with her interference, but Mack shrugged it off and picked up the win with a legdrop.
Killer Kross (with Karlee Perez) defeats Luchasaurus Luchasaurus came into the match on a roll and he controlled much of the action in this one. Kross was on the wrong end of five fatigue tokens, but he staged a comeback and won with a Doomsday Saito, after some help from Perez at ringside. That sets up a great championship match in tonight's main event: Willie Mack vs Killer Kross!
Sammy Guevara (with Salina de la Renta) defeats Jody Fleisch In this cruiserweight championship match, Guevara dominated most of the way and split Fleisch wide open, tallying seven fatigue tokens against him, but Fleisch fought back and hit his finisher. He looked poised to win until de la Renta broke up his pin attempt, which allowed Guevara to recover and win the match with a shooting star legdrop. Great win for the first-ever IPW Cruiserweight Champion, Sammy Guevara!
Courtney Rush (with Karlee Perez) defeats Thunder Rosa This quarterfinal bout in the women's tournament received a no DQ stipulation due to the bad blood that has built up between these two competitors. The match kicked off with an exchange of blows during Bobby Cruise's introductions, and Thunder Rosa gained the advantage. She controlled the pace of the match until Rush spit blue mist into her face and covered her for the win, leaving the fans shocked and outraged.
Massage NV (Dorian Graves & VsK) defeats 40 Acres (Tre Lamar & P.B. Smooth) In this match for the tag team belts, Graves and VsK repeatedly used their massage relaxation techniques on Lamar and Smooth to soften them up. The strategy worked, as Smooth was overly casual with a flying cross body, allowing Graves to roll him up for a pin. Massage NV are the inaugural IPW Tag Team Champions!
Killer Kross (with Karlee Perez) defeats Willie Mack Mack came into the match fresher than Kross, so Kross knew his best strategy was to go for the quick win. He did just that and beat Mack with an Alabama Slam in the opening moments of the match. Killer Kross is the new IPW Heavyweight Champion!
Tune into next week's regular TV program for five great matches, including the semifinals of the IPW women's championship tournament. It will be Su Yung vs Maria Manic and Mercedes Martinez vs Courtney Rush.

5-Thunder Rosa
Let's go to this week's matches, which are highlighted by two semifinal matches in the women's tournament: Trey Miguel defeats Eddy Blackwater Miguel won with a Meteora in a quick match.
New IPW heavyweight champion Killer Kross, along with Karlee Perez, visited the interview area. Kross said that he's going to enjoy his championship reign and let worthy challengers come to him. Perez says that with two of her ladies in the semifinals tonight, she's sure that more gold will soon be coming her team's way.
Pepper Parks (with Wes Barkley) defeats Dan the Dad Parks beat the fatherly newcomer with a Pepper shaker neckbreaker.
Mike Verna defeats Martin Casaus (with Salina de la Renta) Verna picked up the surprise win after de la Renta accidentally squirted pepper spray into the eyes of her own man. Verna rolled up Casaus and left the ring victorious as Casaus clutched at his face and argued with de la Renta.
Su Yung (with Karlee Perez) defeats Maria Manic Manic had Yung in trouble early, but Yung emerged with the win after Perez smashed her mystic stone against Manic's head and Yung covered her. She didn't apply the Lick of Death to the prone Manic because she quickly went to the back to prepare her other semifinalist for the next match.
Mercedes Martinez (with Thunder Rosa) defeats Courtney Rush (with Karlee Perez) Rush controlled the action most of the way, as Martinez fought off numerous pin attempts (picking up six fatigue tokens along the way). However, the tables turned when the action spilled outside of the ring and Martinez's cornerwoman Thunder Rosa hit her La Rosa finisher on her hated rival Rush and rolled her back into the ring. Martinez covered Rush and moved on to next week's final match against Su Yung.

IPW (Indies Prime Wrestling) TV #11 (June 12, 2021)
Ian Riccaboni opens the show with a preview of today's main event: the IPW women's championship match between Mercedes Martinez and Su Yung. There will also be a rematch of a heavyweight tournament bout between Alexander Hammerstone and Martin Casaus.
Luchasaurus defeats Sam Adonis The dinosaur dominated the unpopular jobber and won with a Shining Lizard.
Jonah Rock defeats Dan the Dad In a long match, Rock picked up the win over a very game Dan the Dad with a slingshot corner splash.
Mike Verna & Gringo Loco defeat Filthy Violence (Erick Stevens & Kevin Ku) Trouble seems to be brewing for Filthy Violence as they surprisingly lost clean to midcarders Loco and Verna. Verna provided most of the offense, but in the end, Loco pinned Stevens with the SAT Test.
Martin Casaus (with Salina de la Renta) defeats Alexander Hammerstone De la Renta made up for her accidental pepper spraying of Casaus last week by interfering with a slap of Hammerstone, which allowed Casaus to hit the TKO Cutter. The unlucky Hammerstone will surely be looking for another rematch against Casaus down the road.
Mercedes Martinez (with Thunder Rosa) wins by DQ over Su Yung (with Karlee Perez) Yung's worst instincts got the better of her as she spit red mist into Martinez's face and hit her with a chair, which left the referee with no choice but to disqualify her. The referee awarded the championship belt to Martinez, so she and Thunder Rosa hugged in the ring while Yung and Perez were besides themselves as they were ushered to the back. Mercedes Martinez is the first IPW Women's Champion!

IPW (Indies Prime Wrestling) TV #12 (June 19, 2021)
The show opens with Karlee Perez complaining to co-commisioners Stokely Hathaway and Veda Scott about Mercedes Martinez winning the women's championship belt after a DQ. She says it should have been a no contest with a rematch. Hathaway and Scott tell her the rules are clear, to which Perez replies as she heads to ringside, "Everyone in the IPW will pay for this."
Su Yung (with Karlee Perez) defeats Ashley Vox Yung wins with a knee strike. After the match, Yung holds down Vox while Perez applies her Lick of Death. As the duo leaves, medics rush to the ring and attend to the pale, limp Vox.
Sammy Guevara (with Salina de la Renta) defeats P.J. Hawx Hawx tested Guevara, but the cruiserweight champ fights back and hits a 630 Senton to secure the win.
Benjamin Carter defeats Jody Fleisch The commissioners told Ian Riccaboni before this match that the winner would receive the next cruiserweight title match against Sammy Guevara in the coming weeks. Carter came out determined to avenge his semifinal loss to Fleisch and he unleashed an offensive onslaught before beating Fleisch with a Lionsault Elbow Drop.
Wes Barkley (with Pepper Parks) defeats Alexander Hammerstone The snakebitten Hammerstone lost for the 3rd time in his last 4 matches due to outside interference. He thoroughly dominated this match until being distracted by Pepper Parks, who had jumped onto the apron. That allowed Barkley to hit his Rolling Thunder Clothesline for the shocking win.
After the match, Hammerstone tells Riccaboni that he's tired of being screwed over, so he's going to get a tag team partner and begin setting things right next week.
Killer Kross (with Karlee Perez) defeats Dan the Dad The IPW heavyweight champ found himself in a battle with Dan the Dad, but he hit a Doomsday Saito and picked up the win. Perez then entered and gave her Lick of Death to Dan the Dad, which will likely put him out of commission for quite some time. Perez and her stable have become a menace to the IPW. What can be done?

IPW (Indies Prime Wrestling) TV #13 (June 26, 2021)
Co-commissioners Stokely Hathaway and Veda Scott open the show by announcing that Ashley Vox and Dan the Dad, both of whom were injured by Karlee Perez's Lick of Death last week, will each be out of action for at least one month. As a result, they have suspended Perez indefinitely, but her wrestlers can continue to have matches without her. A young woman then walks to the interview area and introduces herself as Delmi Exo, the sister of Ashley Vox. She asks to wrestle Su Yung later tonight and the commissioners book the match.
Trey Miguel defeats Eli Everfly Miguel looks impressive as he wins with a Meteora.
Maria Manic defeats Penelope Ford In a rematch of their tournament quarterfinal match, Manic once again gets the better of Ford. This time she rolls her up after Ford missed a running clothesline and crashed into the corner.
Willie Mack defeats Eddy Blackwater Mack wins this tune-up match with a Rip Tire Cannonball.
Su Yung (with Courtney Rush) defeats Delmi Exo With Karlee Perez sidelined, Yung's stablemate Rush accompanied her to the ring. Yung made short work of Exo and beat her with a Panic Switch, but as she and Rush were about to violently assault Exo after the match, Thunder Rosa and Mercedes Martinez sprinted to the ring and chased away the evil duo.
Alexander Hammerstone & P.J. Hawx defeat Barkley and the Blade (Wes Barkley & Pepper Parks) Before the match, Hammerstone grabbed the mic and introduced his young new partner, tag team specialist P.J. Hawx. The match turned into an impressive showcase for Hawx as he beat Barkley with an inside cradle, and it ended Hammerstone's disappointing losing streak.
Now that I'm finally up to date with my match reports, come back next weekend for another episode of IPW. The main event will be a cruiserweight championship match between Sammy Guevara and Benjamin Carter. You will also see the likes of Luchasaurus, Jonah Rock, and 40 Acres!

IPW (Indies Prime Wrestling) TV #14 (July 3, 2021)
Ian Riccaboni opens the show by previewing today's co-main events: a cruiserweight title clash between Sammy Guevara and Benjamin Carter and a tag team grudge match pitting Mercedes Martinez & Thunder Rosa versus Su Yung & Courtney Rush (who won't be accompanied by manager Karlee Perez because she is still suspended). Riccaboni also presents this month's rankings:
IPW Official Rankings (July 2021) Men Tag Teams

Let's get started with a match featuring the top contenders for the tag team belts...
40 Acres (Tre Lamar & PB Smooth) defeats Space Monkey & Eli Everfly Lamar beat Everfly with a snap mare driver.
Mike Verna defeats Jonah Rock In a match with implications for the heavyweight rankings, #9 ranked Verna upset #4 ranked Rock. After a great match which saw 10 fatigue tokens handed out, Verna won with his Sky High move, a sitout spinebuster.
Logan Black defeats Luchasaurus In another upset featuring wrestlers ranked in the top ten, Black beat Luchasaurus with a rolling Samoan drop. It was especially impressive, considering his manager, Karlee Perez, was absent from ringside due to her recent suspension.
Sammy Guevara (with Salina de la Renta) defeats Benjamin Carter Guevara retained his cruiserweight title in an instant classic that's an early favorite for match of the year. Guevara suffered the first six fatigue tokens of the match, including one after being accidentally pepper sprayed by de la Renta. But he fought back from each near fall, not without some positive help from de la Renta, who distracted the ref during a sure pin attempt by Carter. Guevara then rallied and accumulated the next five fatigue tokens against Carter before beating him with a curb stomp. These two young stars are sure to meet again!
Mercedes Martinez & Thunder Rosa defeat Su Yung & Courtney Rush The unhinged duo of Yung and Rush looked confused without the guiding hand of their suspended manager Karlee Perez. Martinez and Rosa dominated the action before Martinez beat Rush with a Fisherman Buster.
Come back next week for some great matches that will include the debut of Miranda Gordy, a promising tag team bout pitting the new team of Alexander Hammerstone & PJ Hawx versus Filthy Violence, and a main event featuring the top two contenders for the heavyweight title: Willie Mack and Martin Casaus.

IPW (Indies Prime Wrestling) TV #15 (July 10, 2021)
This week we open with Ian Riccaboni bringing out Killer Kross and his manager Karlee Perez, who has just had her suspension lifted by commissioners Stokely Hathaway and Veda Scott on the condition that she stop using her Lick of Death move against incapacitated opponents. Perez says she still has plenty of ways to help her wrestlers win, and Kross says he will be happy to have Perez in his corner during his match next week.
Now let's go to the ring:
Gringo Loco defeats Sam Adonis In a long match without much action, Loco won after reversing a sunset flip attempt by Adonis.
Miranda Gordy defeats Priscilla Kelly In her IPW debut, Gordy made an impressive showing by beating Kelly with a Samoan drop.
Jody Fleisch defeats Trey Miguel In a good matchup between cruiserweight rivals, Fleisch got the better of Miguel with a 720 DDT. Guest commentary during the match was provided by cruiserweight champ Sammy Guevara and his manager Salina de la Renta. They took the opportunity to brag about Guevara's great victory over Benjamin Carter last week. Guevara says it shows that he's invincible, and he will now take on the winner of this match next week.
Alexander Hammerstone & PJ Hawx defeat Filthy Violence (Erick Stevens & Kevin Ku) The new team of Hammerstone & Hawx stayed on a roll with a decisive victory over the established team of Stevens and Ku. Hammerstone dominated the action, but Hawx picked up the pinfall victory after hitting Stevens with a pop-up power slam.
Martin Casaus (with Salina de la Renta) defeats Willie Mack In a great matchup between the top two contenders for the heavyweight title, Casaus picked up a win when he hit Mack with his Air Marty move after a distraction by de la Renta. What's next for the rulebreaker? Will he challenge Killer Kross for the title or is this just the beginning of a feud with Mack?
Come back next week when Sammy Guevara defends his cruiserweight belt against Jody Fleisch. Killer Kross will also be in action, plus there will be a big tag team title bout between Massage NV and 40 Acres!
