Always fun stuff going on here and that War Games match was great. I know one person, Pariah, will enjoy the aftermath of that bout. I also love that team of Lou Thesz & Frank Gotch, talk about a tough combination.

Hopefully, Pariah enjoyed it. 1. Jack Brisco bested Harley Race with the Figure Four Leglock. Race dominated a lot of the match, but Brisco made a comeback, rolled him up and then locked on the Figure Four. Race had his shoulders hit the mat and did not raise it quite in time. (rolled exactly PIN) 2. Iron Mike DiBiase (with the Dads) shocked Greg Valentine (with Brutus Beefcake and Johnny V) with a sleeper. Valentine just could not keep DiBiase down despite dominating most of the match and a late reversal after avoiding a clubbing forearm led to one sleeper, a body slam and then another sleeper to win. 3. In a two out of three falls match with the Rock and Roll Express banned from ringside unless they wanted a suspension The Midnight Express edged The Fantastics 2-1 Dennis Condrey pinned an exhausted Bobby Fulton after a gut wrench supelx. An exhausted Bobby Fulton covered Bobby Eaton after a double sitout hiptoss with Condrey too stunned to react. Dennis Condrey put away Tommy Rogers with the Face First Leg Sweep. Eaton nearly fell a second time to the hiptoss attack but Cornette's distraction was enough to allow Condrey to pop Fulton. He still had to basically wrestle by himself as Eaton recovered but he was up to the task putting away Rogers. 4. Big Van Vader put down Rob Van Dam with the Released Power Bomb. RVD could not sustain any long term offense so it was mostly just Vader tossing him around for a while. Vader did miss a moonsault but quickly recovered and eventually hit a Vader Bomb and then the Power Bomb to take the three count. (RVD also rolled exact pin)

Mornin TTX me bro! Big victory for the Midnight Express over The Fantastics. It's always great when it goes to the last fall. Never thought about having Gotch & Thesz tag before, brilliant. Totally agree with cruefan68 - that is one powerhouse of a team. Really enjoyed Backlund's comeback to get the win. Too bad RVD didn't make it more of a match versus Big Van Vader. The ETW never dissapoints!

A little Legends Prime Fun
Greg Valentine held off Scotty Riggs with an atomic drop and cover.
Ranger Ross upset Brutus Beefcake with the Combat Kick after Beefacke missed a charge and fell to the floor.
Bob Orton Sr. squashed Johnny Rodz with the Piledriver. The Unpredictable One surprised as a face but he never got in a move before falling to Orton's piledriver.
The Trooper thrashed Big Bully Busick with The Big Pinch.

and now for 2020's
Lucha Underground squashed Mustache Power when Juvented used the 450 splash on Tommy Gilbert. Ric McCord never even gets in the ring in this squash.
Virgil (as a face) pinned JJ Dillon after a back suplex.
The Spoiler put down Konnan after a rope-walk smash. It took four of them, but Konnan finally went down.
The Killer Bees squashed The Gilberts following the Bee Sting on Eddie. Doug never got into the ring as Eddie dominated till he missed a deathjump. One Bee Sting later and the Bees were the winners. (Eddie rolled a 3)

I'm pretty sure Valentine was in absolutely NO danger of losing that match or Orton Sr for that matter, LOL! Todd C WTIC

Orton match was 4 moves, so nope.
Riggs actually did hit a Five Arm, but Valentine made a comeback shortly after and eventually put him down.

War Games was an absolute blast! Of course, I thoroughly enjoyed the aftermath and the apparent reconciliation between AJ and Vampiro... PHENOMENAL!

History's Greatest Team squashed Miracle Violence Connection when Styles put away Williams with the Styles Clash. This was all Vampiro and Styles with Gordy hitting a couple moves and then Styles took the victory with the Styles Clash.
Chris Sabin finished off Rock Riddle with a German suplex. Riddle almost took it but Sabin made a comeback with a superkick and German suplex. (Each had 4 fatigue tokens)
World Tag Team Champions The Midnight Express squashed The Dads with a Condrey backbreaker on DiBiase. Mike DiBiase and Joe Blanchard never stood a chance as Joe never got in the ring before Eaton recovered first after a double clothesline and then Condrey hit a couple moves including the backbreaker to take the pin.
The Trooper put away Lou Albano with The Big Pinch. This was an even match but in the end Trooper grabbed the win.
The Destroyer surprised Harley Race with the Bombs Away. Race hit his suplex early but once Destroyer took over, it was all him before a handstand kneedrop and then Bombs Away to win.
Big Van Vader squashed Wild Bull Curry with the Released Power Bomb. Curry missed a deathjump and it was Vader from there. He then hit the Vader Bomb and Power Bomb to win.
