Todd has the full results but Jay Briscoe, Kenny King and Matt Taven won their respective brackets. Jay got a bye to the final while Matt put away a game King and then to the boos of the crowd he knocked off Briscoe to win the tournament.

Liking the little programs you've got set up, my friend... Especially getting Dem Boys into the spotlight. Fun times!

Mark Briscoe rolled over Vampiro with the Froggy Bow. Mark said AJ Styles was next.

Midnight Express bested The British Bulldogs and Magnum TA when Condrey pinned Magnum after the Human Cough Drop. Cornette said the belts were next.

Kurt Angle thrashed Rick Rude with the Olympic Slam.

Matt Taven and Jay Briscoe gave each other a bloody beating but Matt finally won after the Climax. It looked like it was going to be an easy win for Jay but the referee was knocked out and Taven suddenly went wild. Eventually, with a bit of luck, Taven grabbed the win and challenged Jay to a rematch for the Hardcore Crown in an anything goes weapons match.

Looking forward to Mark vs. AJ... Loads of heat between Jay and Taven... The blowoff should be explosive! 💣💥

It will be coming and sooner than later (though not quite sure when) King of Trios. First entrant is the Midnight Express.

Thunderbolt Patterson used a double thrust to put away George South. South actually had most of the offense in the match but finally after pitching South out of the ring multiple times, Patterson finally hit a move and took the three count.

Ox Baker crushed Tony Anthony with a leg drop. Anthony just kept getting overpowered any time he grabbed offense and eventually Baker's big leg drop was more than he could take.

Len Denton pinned Mike Jackson after a backbreaker. This went back and forth and Jackson got a near-fall with the Float Over Cradle but in the end, Denton came back and hit a backbreaker to score the win.

The Fablous Ones bested Long Riders via countout after The Irwins decided to leave after Lane and Keirn did a double DDT on the floor. Scott lifted up his brother and dragged him back to the back as the Fabs took the victory.

Bob Roop overpowered Brad Armstrong with the Shoulderbreaker. Armstrong nearly had it with the Russian Leg Sweep but when Roop escaped, a frustrated Armstrong pitched Roop to the floor where Roop countered and then quickly hit his finisher and used the trunks for additional leverage.

Tommy Rich overcame Abdullah the Butcher with the Wildfire Sleeper. Abduallah dominated early but Rich made a comeback and hooked on the Sleeper for the submission as Abdullah passed out.

Mornin Troy me bro!

Got a big kick out of, "The Midnight Express defeated The Midnight Express..."

And Captain Chaos (Jim Cornette) revelling in the whole scene. (What a racket lol).

Bummer that Bob Backlund couldn't take the strap from Vader - but at least he gave him a run for his money.

(On a side note, I still can't believe we have Backlund in the game!...I'm still buggin out about that).

King of Trios tournament should be awesome. I'm not so much a fan of BDK per:se but I'm a big Tursas fan. So on that alone methinks I'm pulling for them (out of who's been confirmed so far).

Ares should be a real RAGNAROK in that sucker.

Totally stoked that Mildred Burke took the title from Moolah, & in third fall style to boot.

Long may she reign.
