How cool is that?! They had our card in their hands! Yeah I have to agree Knap that is pretty freaking cool! Also I don't think TNA would be that against doing a deal with Filsinger games. I mean one can sit here and say the "downside is that TNA seems unlikely to do it nowadays unlike a couple years ago." When the idea maybe has never been put on the table to TNA. Who knows maybe they would be more interested and think of the doors that would open for Filsinger's Legends and Legends of the Futures sets. No one knows until it is offered and they try. Well, there are a few downsides to siding with TNA on this one: 1.) The talent pool isn't what it was say, three-four years ago. (ie we'd have AJ/Joe/Daniels essentially at their peak as far as stats go, and they'd add a lot to most feds as opposed to current AJ, current Samoa Joe, and Suicide) It's more like 'Best of WCW 2000 with some new dudes thrown in!' 2.) You've gotta factor in how much they'd want for the license, and what would happen afterwards (ie Midway games) 3.) They'd probably want to replace the art with actual pictures of the guys 4.) I really don't want the first set to come with a new rule set that there's a 4 minute time limit for TV matches with a 3 run-in minimum. 5.) I doubt we'd get the card everyone wants anyways: Don West.

yeah, actually, Midway and the liek is my point...TNA can make a lot of money on far more mainstream than a Filsinger Games product that might sell to 500 people...the vast majority who know and already have opinions on TNA.

Regardless of your "opinions" on TNA I am saying that if there was an opportunity why not act on it. Why couldn't there be a special TNA set that uses the same rules as the LOW/LOTF series and can be used with them? If the price was right and TNA was willing why would one turn it down?
Ultimately this discussion can be locked because it will ultimately degrade into a "Who loves TNA who hates TNA" back and forth when if you put the WWE fan or TNA fan aside and bring out the Wrestling fan (yeah not too many of them left) and the stars were right as they say then why not take up the opportunity?

Look at their PPV buyrates, iMPACT ratings, and attendance) and it wouldn't be good for Filsinger to lose that much money. I lold
