Wow couple upsets there. Think the winner is going to be the one to get the first pin attempt.

Final Round
Amazonia vs Godsend
Still suffering from the beat down by Monolith and Mandrill, the grueling match with endgame, and the surprise stun gun mugging from Sly, Godsend succumbs to his injuries after taking a solid Running Sabre from Amazonia and the pin fall comes right after 1...2...3. Amazonia has been crowned the champion of champions!

Just for Fun figured I would follow this up with a random pairings Tag Team Tournament, however after reading through the boards a bit more I'm implementing the following rule for DQ's: The 1st DQ is a warning (per team), the 2nd ends the match Round 1: Overmaster and Mandrill vs Godsend and Hector Wolf and Orrus vs Thunder and Monolith Star Warrior and Endgame vs Basilisk and Chaos Thantos and Sly Drury vs Max Shield and Matador For some reason my little neck of the universe has a penchant for upsets but curious where you guys would place your bets

NEWSFLASH:
Just received in the mail my 2087 b/w and my 2088 color expansion, so after the Tag Tourney I think we will get the official Fed started in its own thread over in the feds section. Good times abound!

Round 1:
Overmaster and Mandrill vs Godsend and Hector:
The fighting is fast and furious between Hector and Overmaster to begin with but then they tumble outside the ring where Hector smashes Overmaster's head into the ring bell on the table which gets him a good scolding by the referee before dragging him back into the ring and tagging out to godsend. Eventually overmaster tags out to Mandrill and they trade blows until Godsend throws Mandrill out of the ring and delivers the kingdom come hoping to score a count out, however overmaster makes it over in time and throws Mandrill back into the ring. Furious godsend throws him out one more time and delivers a DDT onto a chair earning his team a DQ. Overmaster and Mandrill move on.
Wolf and Orrus vs Thunder and Monolith:
Wolf and Thunder head straight for each other but wolf gets the upper hand delivering a savage face claw early but its not enough to deter thunder. They take their fight outside the ring and throw each other into everything from the rail to the ring posts with the referee giving them both a warning to return to the ring or they will be DQ'd. They eventually return to the ring and after some back and forth action each tags out. As this has turned into more of a brawl then much of a wrestling match they too head outside the ring and just start trading stiff hard chops across the chest to each other while the referee counts down.....5....6....7...8...Monolith instead hits a rib crusher dropping Orrus as Monoloth quickly reenters the ring.....10! Winner by count out Thunder and Monolith
Star Warrior and Endgame vs Basilisk and Chaos:
Star Warrior and Basilisk face off and right away Basilisk asserts his dominance with several brute but effective strikes that leaves The star warrior desperately reaching to tag out to endgame but it is not to be. He gets thrown across the ring and hit with a gaze of stone and cry of the basilisk before Basilisk gets the pin. Right after the match is over Chaos picks up the wounded star warrior and forces him to tap out to the bow of defeat while the Basilisk latches onto Endgame screaming deep into his face with his wicked cry! Moving on Chaos and Basilisk.
Thantos and Sly Drury vs Max Shield and Matador:
Max shield come straight out of the gate looking to fight as he quickly gains an upper hand over Thantos delivering some hard hitting moves and a full powered Omicron Force. Thantos is able to kick out at 2 and tags out to Sly who very quickly gets things back in order with some solid offense of his own. Sly signals the end is near and delivers a regime change and goes for the pin. The matador rushes over to break the pin but Thantos is faster and knocks him from the ringside onto the floor. 1...2...1/2 Max gets the shoulder up just in time. Some tagging back and forth between Max and Matador but eventually Max delivers a full powered Omicron force to sly and its lights out. Max and Matador move on.
Round 2:
Overmaster and Mandrill vs Thunder and Monolith:
Overmaster delivers a few opening shots on Monolith but is quickly shut down and eats a catastrophe for his trouble. Mandril is kept at bay and Monolith picks up the victory.
Basilisk and Chaos vs Max Shield and Matador:
Chaos starts the match out with some good basic wrestling with Max who then tags out to Matador. Chaos takes advantage of an opening and stuns Matador with a solid shot that brings him low. He picks him up and holds him in the bow of defeat for a solid minute before he is forced to tap out. Chaos and Basilisk continue.
Finals:
Basilisk and Chaos vs Thunder and Monolith
Monolith squares off with the Basilisk and dominates it early but is not able to put it away allowing it to tag out to Chaos. They battle back and forth all across the ring until chaos catches that perfect moment and locks in the bow of defeat for 50 seconds, however thunder makes the save breaking up the pin. Not to be deterred Chaos delivers a hyperdrive before reapplying the bow of defeat with no one to come to his aid he eventually passes out.
The Victors: Basilisk and Chaos!
