In the Ring: new VWG Champion Bryan Danielson as, per new VWG tradition, the new champion always starts the next show after winning the title on the previous show

- Danielson is the first-ever double singles champion in VWG History and he is wearing both his new VWG Championship and his Television Championship around his waist.

- after saying that the previous VWG Champion Mike Quackenbush had a great reign, Danielson promises to be a fighting champion when suddenly the lab top computer at ringside beeps to signify an incoming Email message from the mystery VWG General Manager

- Bill Apter: "Excuse me everyone, I have a message from the mystery general manager! The message reads, and I quote, that Bryan Danielson if you are going to hold two champions then you will be defending both champions simultaneously. At next month's The Curse of Sin City, you will defend the VWG Championship and the Television Championship in a 2 falls triple threat match against Quackenbush and the eventual winner of the First Year Tournament with the first fall being for the Television Championship and the second fall being for the VWG Championship!"

- Adam Pearce, accompanied by Larry Sweeney and Steve Corino, then shows up and complains about not being among the All Stars for tonight's main event until Nigel McGuinness (accompanied by Les Thatcher) shows up and says nobody who loses a match in 15 seconds (as Pearce did to McGuinness last week at Too Tough to Die) should be considered an All Star.

- an angry Pearce then challenges McGuinness (Danielson's best friend) to a rematch at The Curse of Sin City next match and then sets up an impromptu match between McGuinness and Corino for right now!

Match #1: Nigel McGuinness (accompanied by Thatcher) defeated Corino (accompanied by Pearce and Sweeney)

- despite interference from Pearce, McGuinness got the victory when he made Corino tap out to London Dungeon.

Backstage: accompanied by fellow Age of the Fall members Brodie Lee and Daizee Haze, Jimmy Jacobs (who defeated his enemy Tyler Black by DQ in a match at last week's Too Tough to Die) is issuing a challenge to Black for a rematch at The Curse of Sin City!

Match #2: Young Bucks defeated Fire Ant and Green Ant (both accompanied by Soldier Ant)

- Matt Jackson pinned Green Ant via a flipping sitout facebuster

Backstage: Accompanied by April Hunter, Savage-T is being interviewed by Bill Apter.

- Apter: "Savage-T, I understand that after mocking Ultramantis Black last week at Too Tough to Die that you now a have a challenge you want to issue."

- Savage-T: "I am challenging that fool Ultramantis Black to a match at The Curse of Sin City."

- Apter: "You know Ultramantis Black will likely be accompanied by Crossbones. Savage-T, what makes you so confident that you can overcome these odds?"

- Savage-T: "Ultramantis Black and Crossbones? Look what I'm dealing with man. I'm dealing with fools and trolls."

- Apter: "Savage-T, you seem overly confident. Are you currently on drugs?"

- Savage-T: "I am on a drug- it's called Savage-T. It's not available because if you try it, you will die. You face will melt off and your children will weep over your exploded body. Just like Ultramantis Black's kids will be crying over his body at The Curse of Sin City where he will be defeated and I will once again be winning!"

Match #3: MsChif defeated J.D. Michaels in a First Year Tournament Qualifying Match

- MsChif won in just a few moves via the DESECRATOR to win the final spot (the #8 seed) in the First Year Tournament that starts next week!

Backstage: Jigsaw says he is looking forward to competing next week in the First Year Tournament.

Match #4: Roderick Strong defeated Austin Aries

- Strong won via a deathjump to win the #1 seed in the First Year Tournament that starts next week

Backstage: the American Wolves, who are also both participating in the First Year Tournament, say they want to challenge the Briscoes for the VWG Tag Team Championship at The Curse of Sin City- unless of course one of them wins the First Year Tournament for a shot at the VWG Championship and/or Television Championship instead!

Match #5, the main event of Champions vs All- Stars: The All Stars (Mike Quackenbush and the Hooliganz- Paul London and Brian Kendrick) defeated The Champions (VWG Champion and Television Champion Bryan Danielson and VWG Tag Team Champions the Briscoes)

- Quackenbush defeated Danielson via QUAKENDRIVER II

- will Quackenbush manage to duplicate this feat at The Curse of Sin City where in that two falls triple threat match he will attempt to regain the VWG Championship and/or win the Television Championship against Danielson and the winner of the First Year Tournament?

Match #1, First Year Tournament: Austin Aries defeated Mark Briscoe

- Austin overcame some early heavy offense from Mark Briscoe to get the win after a heat-seeking missile followed by grabbing the ropes with one hand during the 3 count to advance in the tournament.

In the Ring: Savage-T with April Hunter

- Savage-T :"As you know in 2 weeks from now at The Curse of Sin City I am wrestling against Ultramantis Black. And everybody knows I am going to defeat Ultramantis Black. But what everybody does not know is how I am going to do it."

- Savage-T: "How do you guys want me to defeat Ultramantis Black? Should I win with the VERTIBREAKER? Should I win by a superkick? Should I win by a running reverse neckbreaker? Should I win by making Ultramantis Black tap to a figure-four?How do you want me to win? Savage-T is taking requests!"

- as the fans start to shout things, Savage-T waves them off

- Savage-T: "There is too much noise. If you want to give Savage-T advice, raise your hand."

- one fan near the front row raises his hand

- Savage-T (to the fan): "What is your name?"

- fan: "My name is Geoff.'

- Savage-T: "Geoff, how do you want me to defeat Ultramantis Black in 2 weeks at The Curse of Sin City?"

- Geoff: "Savage-T, I think you should ......"

- Savage-T (cutting off Geoff): "Savage-T says it doesn't matter what you think Geoff!"

- Savage-T: "Obviously I am not going to reveal my strategy now for dealing with Ultramantis Black to you. That is why I am here in the ring and in front of you people who pay to see me."

(Promoter's Note: part of that segment was based in tribute on an in-ring segment I saw and liked alot last week from Joey Ryan at PWG.)

Match #2, First Year Tournament: Eddie Edwards defeated Jigsaw

- before this match began, Edwards and Jigsaw both shook hands to observe the Code of Vegas.

- a good match finally won by Edwards via his ACHILLES LOCK

- as a result, Edwards advances in the First Year Tournament

Backstage: Larry Sweeney says he is challenging VWG Champion and Television Champion Bryan Danielson, Mike Quackenbush, Nigel McGuinness, Les Thatcher, and Chris Hero to a 10 man tag match against himself and all his members of Evolution (Adam Pearce, Steve Corino, Brent Albright, and Claudio Castagnoli) later tonight!

Match #3, First Year Tournament: Davey Richards defeated Jay Briscoe

- the Code of Vegas was also adhered to at the start of this match

- Richards won to advance via a BRAINBUSTER

- afterward, Richards noted that both Briscoes were now eliminated from the First Year Tournament and that if neither he or Edwards (both of whom have now advanced) manage to win this tournament then the American Wolves still have their sights set on the Briscoes's VWG Tag Team Championship at The Curse of Sin City!

Backstage: the Hooliganz (Paul London and Brian Kendrick) are being interviewed by Bill Apter

- Apter remarks that since both Briscoes have now been eliminated from the First Year Tournament it frees them (Briscoes) up for a title defense at The Curse of Sin City.

- Apter also remarks that if either one of the American Wolves does indeed win the First Year Tournament for the right to take on Danielson and Quackenbush in the two falls triple threat match for the Television Championship and VWG Championship at The Curse of Sin City, it might allow the Hooliganz another title shot against the Briscoes at The Curse of Sin City.

- London and Kendrick respond that they would gladly take another title shot if given the opportunity, but if not they still want to compete against some tag team at The Curse of Sin City

Match #4, First Year Tournament: Roderick Strong defeated MsChif.

- at the start of this match, Strong and MsChif followed the Code of Vegas

- MsChif got in some early offense, but Strong managed a reversal and proceeded to pick up the win via his GIBSON DRIVER.

- based on the first round results, the next round of the First Year Tournament will pit Aries against Edwards and Richards against Strong!

End of First Half. Second Half is next featuring the rest of the First Year Tournament and the big 10 man tag match!

Match #5, First Year Tournament: Austin Aries defeated Eddie Edwards

- Aries advanced to the finals via the LAST CHANCERY.

Backstage: Drake Younger says now that Jigsaw was eliminated earlier tonight from the First Year Tournament, it should free him (Jigsaw) up for a match against Younger at The Curse of Sin City where Younger hopes to even up the score from his 1-2 deficit in their current feud.

Match #6, First Year Tournament: Davey Richards defeated Roderick Strong

- before this match began, Richards and Strong both observed the Code of Vegas.

- Richards won via the D.R. DRIVER

- as a result, the finals of the First Year Tournament will be Austin Aries vs Davey Richards!

Backstage: Accompanied by fellow Age of the Fall members Brodie Lee and Daizee Haze, Jacobs says he wants to make his match against Tyler Black at The Curse of Sin City a guerrilla warfare match. Black shows up and accepts Jacob's challenge and then gets attacked by Jacobs, Lee, and Haze.

Match #7: Evolution (Adam Pearce, Steve Corino, Brent Albright, Claudio Castagnoli, and Larry Sweeney) defeated VWG Champion and Television Champion Bryan Danielson, Mike Quackenbush, Nigel McGuinness, Chris Hero, and Les Thatcher by DQ.

- this match ended in a DQ when the action spilled outside of the ring where McGuinness got DQd for hitting his enemy Pearce with a steel chair after Sweeney had handed the chair to Pearce only for McGuinness to grab it away from Pearce and hit him with it as Sweeney grabbed the ref's attention to McGuinness using the steel chair that Sweeney himself had introduced into the match.

- but the bell didn't stop the fight though as Pearce grabbed another steel chair and traded chair shots with his enemy McGuinness as they fought their way to the back, meanwhile Hero tried to come to McGuinness's assistance, but got blindsided from behind by Corino holding a concealed foreign object as Castagnoli stood nearby and watched.

- Richards got the victory via a vicious armlock to win the 8 person First Year Tournament!

- Eddie Edwards then came out to help Richards celebrate as Richards has now won the 3rd spot in the two falls triple threat match main event against VWG Champion and Television Champion Danielson and Quackenbush at The Curse of Sin City!

- as the TV announcers wonder aloud whether Davey Richards will become either the Television Champion or even the VWG Champion in 2 weeks from now and as Richards and Edwards continue to celebrate (even though this means they will not get an opportunity to challenge the Briscoes for the VWG Tag Team Championship at The Curse of Sin City,) the show comes to an end.

Great show, Vegas. Richards vs. Danielson vs. Quack at the Curse of Sin City sounds amazing. I like the title match stipulations. Loved the deal with Savage-T but I have to go with Ultramantis in that bout. I was rooting for MsChif but Strong was a tough draw in the first round. Looking forward to more action from VWG

- Dustin Lee, who is scheduled to wrestle Jigsaw in a one on one match, challenges Jigsaw instead to try and find a tag team partner and take on both of the Naptown Dragons here on VWG TV.

- suddenly the entrance music is played for Delirious who comes to the ring to team up with Jigsaw

Match #1: Delirious and Jigsaw defeated the Naptown Dragons

- this match ended when Jigsaw put away Scotty Vortekz via JIG 'N' TONIC

- afterward, Jigsaw got attacked by his enemy Drake Younger who then announced that match number 4 in their feud is now officially set for next week's The Curse of Sin City where Younger promises to even up the score with Jigsaw!

Backstage: Accompanied by April Hunter, Savage-T is interviewed by Bill Apter.

- Savage-T: "Bill Apter, I guess you want to ask me if I will win my match against Ultramantis Black in less than 5 minutes next week at The Curse of Sin City or if you think it will somehow take me less than 10 minutes to win."

- Apter: "Savage-T, I am not so sure why you are so confident that you are going to defeat Ultramantis Black at all. You sound delusional to me."

- Savage-T: "Was I delusional when I was winning the first-ever rumble here in VWG?"

- Savage-T: "Was I delusional when I was winning my match against Brodie Lee last year at Bop Til You Drop?"

- Savage-T: "Was I delusional when I was winning my match against Necro Butcher earlier this year at The Sound of Light?"

- Savage-T: "Was I delusional when I was winning my match against MsChif at Free on Fremont? I'm winning over here and I'm winning over there and next week I will be winning my match against Ultramantis Black at The Curse of Sin City!"

- Apter:" Well, Savage-T, you definitely were not winning last summer at The Tour de Vegas when you lost to that broomstick in the Circus Circus match."

- Savage-T: "That is only because Bryan Danielson cheated. Danielson, you are lucky you only have to deal with Mike Quackenbush and Davey Richards next week at The Curse of Sin City. Once I put Ultramantis Black in his place, you are next on my list!"

- Savage-T then leaves with Hunter.

Match #2: Tyler Black defeated Brodie Lee (accompanied by Jimmy Jacobs and Daizee Haze)

- Black won this match in just two moves as he gave Lee a flying dropkick that sent Lee straight into the railroad spike that Jacobs on the apron was holding and looking to use against his enemy Black. Black then hit the PHOENIX SPLASH for the victory.

- who will win next week when Black and Jacobs meet at The Curse of Sin City in a guerrilla warfare match?

Backstage: Austin Aries approaches Roderick Strong commenting how at last week's First Year Tournament Strong was the number 1 seed and Aries was the number 2 seed but they both lost to the number 3 seed and tournament winner Davey Richards.

- Aries then challenges Strong to a one on one match of the top two seeds from last week's tournament for a match next weekend at The Curse of Sin City and Strong accepts the offer!

Backstage: Larry Sweeney is talking to Evolution's Steve Corino and Claudio Castagnoli.

- Sweeney says based on the ending to last week's 10 man tag match on VWG TV, he has arranged for Corino to take on Chris Hero next week at The Curse of Sin City and he wants Castagnoli in Corino's corner to send a message to Hero that Hero's attempts to break Castagnoli away from Evolution to reform the Kings of Wrestling are futile.

Match #3: The Hooliganz (Paul London and Brian Kendrick) defeated the Young Bucks and the Colony (Fire Ant and Green Ant, both accompanied by Soldier Ant) in an elimination tag #1 contender's match

- this match was to determine who would challenge the VWG Tag Team Champions the Briscoes next week at The Curse of Sin City!

- for this match to determine their challenger next week, the Briscoes provided insightful guest color commentary while drinking a case of Bud Ice. Mark Briscoe said "Bud Ice, I recommend it."

- Young Bucks eliminated the Colony when Matt Jackson pinned Green Ant after MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK.

- Young Bucks nearly won, but lost when Kendrick pinned Matt Jackson via SLICED BREAD #2.

- as a result, the Hooliganz get another chance to challenge the Briscoes for the VWG Tag Team Championship next weekend at The Curse of Sin City!

- afterward, the Young Bucks said although they lost their chance tonight for a championship match next week, they still want to compete at The Curse of Sin City and issued a challenge to all 3 members of the Colony for a 6 man tag match of the Colony vs them (Young Bucks) and a partner of their choosing. The Colony came out and accepted the challenge by the Young Bucks!

In the Ring: The Colony and the Young Bucks

- the Young Bucks announced Delirious as their tag team partner for their tag match tonight against all 3 members of the Colony!

Match #1: The Colony defeated Delirious and the Young Bucks

- Soldier Ant defeated Nick Jackson via TKO.

Match #2: Austin Aries defeated Roderick Strong by DQ.

- the end of this match came when the action spilled out of the ring where Strong got DQd for smashing Aries in the head with a steel chair

- after the bell rang to award the match to Aries, Aries then grabbed a steel chair and used it to hit Strong as he and Strong traded chair shots while fighting their way to the back

Match #3: Chris Hero defeated Steve Corino (accompanied by Larry Sweeney and Claudio Castagnoli)

- Hero won via a deathjump

- afterward, an angry Corino and Sweeney proceeded to double team Hero and then their fellow Evolution member Brent Albright (who last month defeated Hero at Too Tough to Die) came out to triple team Hero

- suddenly Castagnoli (who was Hero's tag team partner years ago here in Vegas Wrestling Guerrilla and who Hero has been trying to convince to break away from Evolution) came to Hero's rescue and helped fight off Albright, Corino, and Sweeney

- as they backed up toward the back, Sweeney, Corino, and Albright yelled at both Hero and Castagnoli who now appears done with Evolution.

Match #4: Ultramantis Black (accompanied by Crossbones) defeated Savage-T (accompanied by April Hunter)

- Savage-T apparently had the match won via his VERTIBREAKER but, thanks to distraction from Crossbones, Ultramantis Black recovered and won via the PRAYING MANTIS BOMB.

Backstage: Adam Pearce tells Sweeney, Corino, and Albright not to worry about Castagnoli's defection from Evolution as right now he needs to worry about his match up next against his enemy Nigel McGuinness.

Match #5: Nigel McGuinness (managed by Les Thatcher) defeated Adam Pearce (managed by Larry Sweeney)

- although this rematch was much more competitive than their previous match last month at The Curse of Sin City, McGuinness won again- this time via the JAWBREAKER LARIAT.

End of First Half. Second Half will be posted next.
