Match #1: Young Bucks defeated the Terrible Ts (Chuck Taylor and Savage-T accompanied by April Hunter) in a Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational Qualifying Match.
- the Young Bucks qualified for a spot in the Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational when Nick Jackson pinned Savage-T following MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK.
Match #2: Naptown Dragons defeated Ultramantis Black and Crossbones in a Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational Qualifying Match.
- A very competitive match that saw the Naptown Dragons, who in last year's Third Annual Sammartino Invitational scored the biggest upset of the tournament when as a #14 seed they defeated the visiting #3 seed Freebirds in the first round, qualified for a spot in the Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational when Dustin Lee pinned Crossbones via the Double Dragon.
Match #3: Brodie Lee (accompanied by Daizee Haze) defeated The Destroyer
- History was made in this match as Lee unexpectedly became the one to end The Destroyer's undefeated streak in Minor League Wrestling.
- The end of this match came when Haze reached through the ropes to grab The Destroyer who thus got distracted right as Lee hit him with a BIG BOOT. Lee then put his feet on the ropes for extra leverage to end The Destroyer's undefeated streak.
Match #4: Delirious and Necro Butcher vs Sam Hayne and Timber in a Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational Qualifying Match ended in a double DQ.
- As a result of both teams getting DQd (as Necro Butcher and Timber violently attacked each other outside of the ring during this match to get both of their tag teams disqualified,) there remains an open spot in the Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational.
Match #5: Claudio Castagnoli and Brent Albright (both managed by Larry Sweeney) defeated Minor League Wrestling Champion Mike Quackenbush and Arik Cannon in a Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational Qualifying Match.
- Evolution's Castagnoli and Albright advanced to the Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational when Albright forced Cannon to tap out to his CROWBAR.
Match #6: Television Champion Chris Hero defeated Drake Younger by DQ.
- This match ended really quickly after just a few moves when Younger got DQd for attacking Hero with a light tube.
- Younger, who got this title match by scoring the winning pinfall for his team against Quackenbush, Cannon, and Hero at last month's Battle of the Sixes by pinning Quackenbush, angrily afterward said he doesn't want Hero's Television Championship because instead he wants and deserves a shot at Quackenbush's Minor League Wrestling Championship!
Match #7: Brian Kendrick and Paul London defeated Minor League Wrestling Tag Team Champions the Age of the Fall (Jimmy Jacobs and Tyler Black, accompanied by Brodie Lee and Daizee Haze) 2-1 by DQ.
- First Fall: Black pinned London via God's Last Gift. Age of the Fall is up 1-0.
- Second Fall: Kendrick and London get this decision by DQ when Lee attacked Kendrick outside of the ring during this match. Kendrick and London are tied 1-1 with the Age of the Fall.
- Third/Final Fall: London pinned Black via the 450 SPLASH after a tossing dropkick he executed with Kendrick. Kendrick and London win 2-1!
- However, since Kendrick and London won their first fall by DQ instead of by pinfall or submission, it's announced that they do not win the Minor League Wrestling Tag Team Championship.
- As Kendrick and London protest to the referee, they are suddenly nailed from behind by Lee. As Lee, Jacobs, and Black proceed to attack Kendrick and London, The Destroyer (still mad at the way Lee resorted to end his undefeated streak earlier tonight) comes out to chase them away.
- London then gets on the microphone and said he and Kendrick deserve another shot at the Minor League Wrestling Tag Team Championship. London then challenged Age of the Fall to a 6 man steel cage match of Kendrick, London, and The Destroyer vs Age of the Fall (Jacobs, Black, and Lee) at Minor League Wrestling's next show in May for the Minor League Wrestling Tag Team Championship!
In the Ring: Minor League Wrestling Commissioner Charlie Cox.
- Cox says that, since tonight they retained the Minor League Wrestling Tag Team Championship against Kendrick and London who already won a spot in the Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational by winning last month's Battle of the Sixes, he is awarding the Minor League Wrestling Tag Team Champions Age of the Fall one of Minor League Wrestling's allocated spots in the Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational!
- Cox also announces that he's changing the stipulations for tonight's grudge match main event of Bryan Danielson and Nigel McGuinness vs Evolution's Adam Pearce and Steve Corino to make it so that only the winning tag team will receive what is Minor League Wrestling's final allocated spot in the Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational!
Match #8, the main event: Bryan Danielson and Nigel McGuinness (managed by Les Thatcher) defeated Adam Pearce and Steve Corino (both managed by Larry Sweeney) in a Fourth Annual Sammartino Invitational Qualifying Match
- This match ended when Danielson and McGuinness scored revenge against Evolution when Danielson made Corino tap out to CATTLE MUTILATION.
- As a result, Danielson and McGuinness qualify for Minor League Wrestling's final spot in the Fourth Annual Sammmartino Invitational!
- As the crowd cheers Danielson and McGuinness, tonight's show comes to an end.
End of Show.
