Much prefer the Genius card to this one But Kamala, the Genius wasn’t tied to Memphis. I mean I get it but, it doesn’t fit the motif of the set of Memphis. However, from the promoter in me that may want to run a WWF fed the Genius would be more playable.

I, 100% , think you’ll see a “genius” card one day, but I’d been extremely disappointed if it was included in this set much like if a “Birdman” Koko Ware, “Skinner” Steve Keirn, Earl Robert of Eaton, Sir William, Deadeye Dick, etc.

Travis, Memphis set two, do we work to try to find someone who can sign a release for the LeDucs? That team is the Memphis white whale for me.

Looks like the chance to get a pre Macho Man Randy Savage Card is getting bigger? 😉

Much prefer the Genius card to this one I've actually heard this a few times today after the announcement. Memphis Lanny was good...I'm not sure what attachment people have to the silly WWF gimmicks...

Great to see Lanny!
Hopefully the cards will reach England soon, safe and sound.
Porto Mania will be running wild…

If we get Lanny as the Genius, then we need Angelo as the Graduate.

Much prefer the Genius card to this one I've actually heard this a few times today after the announcement. Memphis Lanny was good...I'm not sure what attachment people have to the silly WWF gimmicks... ..... "Silly WWF gimmicks" must have a lot of people with an attachement to them because the WWE and the wrestlers themselves sure to this day make a lot of merch money off of them. The Genius character I would not be able to find a use for in my game and I think anyone who hasn't seen Lanny as a heel in Memphis IS missing out on what I believe to be his best work (AND THIS IS ALL DOWN TO PERSONAL OPINION AND TASTE, NO HARD TRUE "FACT"). On the other hand, Koko in WWF was far more entertaining, more colorful, and had an enduring presence that "mean mug Koko" would not have had. But he's basically the same except he danced to the ring with a bird and wore colorful outfits. It's not like they made him a literal BIRD! When the bell rang he was still the guy who could believably look like he could kick @$$....except he got paid a lot more to do it. Again, IN MY OPINION. And I would never go out of my way to disparage someone else's opinion. Maybe the next expansion could be a best of very serious territory lumninaries like Dr Frank, The Mummy, The Battman, The Wrestling Beatle George Ringo, or any of those other legends of yesteryear before Vincent Kennedy McMahon made all of those silly gimmicks and ruined the integrity of the sport. I will once again refer to my usual stance "One person having an opinion does not invalidate yours" and, most importantly, "let people enjoy things".
