Sounds like it was a fun weekend. And it's always nice to have 10 seconds of an episode dedicated to me!

It was a lot of fun. I would suggest those who get a chance to go at least once.

Even though I was there, thoroughly enjoyed listening to the recap. Cory's story on the arrival night of Thursday when I had to give up my shotgun seat in the van to Mark Henry is still a highlight to me! Thanks for being so willing, Will! I had a goal of getting six of us in my Buick and by gollie, I was going to do it!

I downloaded this episode for my commute tomorrow across the valley (I have a work AP summit this week on Monday through Thursday at a different school.)

Thanks for the shout-out to my epic cheapness, guys. You can check my Yelp review for all the details.
Such a great event and so fun to be able to connect or reconnect with so many people. It's not every day you can sit in a hotel bar and talk about 1940s pro wrestling title lineage or eat at a Burger King and discuss the Gladiators of Aethra. I mean, you could, but it's cool to do so with people who don't look at you like you're crazy.

"Emperor Norton" (Mark T), apparently the owner of the EconoLodge wants $6 million for that property. If it was $2.5 million, I'd buy that sucker and refurbish it, but that's slightly out of my price range. I thought it was just a dump when I recommended it to you, but I didn't know it had gone "that downhill" in two years. My apologies for the recommendation. There are some cheaper places about three miles away out by the mall, for those attending next year. But they're not nearly as convenient!

Man, it would take three million just to completely gut and refurbish the place. 2.5 seems more realistic. What you have to understand about me is that I am immensely entertained by the more....."earthy" human experiences in life. I'm a keen observer of the human condition in all of it's forms. So it really did enhance my enjoyment of the weekend in an odd way. The absolutely abysmal smell is the only thing I could do without. I was completely serious about that Yelp review. I ended up giving it 2 stars because I have a soft spot for staff who try in the face of adversity, but you all have GOT to see the pic I took of the hallway. It seriously looked like someone may have been murdered in there. A 2 star review of Econo Lodge Inn & Suites by Mark T.: www.yelp.com/biz/econo-lodge-inn-and-suites-waterloo?hrid=k3eQQpuoGE_26Q1VzbL86g&utm_source=ashare&ref=yelp-androidAll in all, just such a great weekend and one of the more memorable times I've had in a long while.

That’s out of my price range by about two or three…digits.

Personally I think one's day is better when you can discuss NWA title lineage and Gladiators of Aethra with people but I admit its best when they understand what you're talking about.
