Great episode guys. As always.
I’m not going to list any remakes or updates of guys I want or themes because it’s all subjective and, as we’ve seen, those lists can become argument points.
That said, I think the brilliant thing the LOW team and FG has done is move away from giving sets names like they had in black and white. You can have any wrestlers from any era in a set called Legends Expansion ##.

Since I don't mix, I would be totally down for a Golden Age set comprising all remakes.
Rocca, DiPaolo, Kangaroos with Red Berry, Jonathan, Blassie, Tolos Brothers, Yukon Eric, Banner sound like the makings of a packed set. Any new signing would be icing on the cake.

I have a question for the LOW team... Why did Masked Superstar get down graded with his color card? I don't know if that's right but it sure seems that way to me. If someone has the RAHL ratings on both and can prove me wrong, so be it. Maybe the competition, card wise, just got stiffer in the color verse, IDK. THE MASKED SUPERSTAR is in my top 5 favorites ever, the guy was AWESOME! Can you tell I grew up on Georgia Championship Wrestling? I'm curious how you think Superstar was downgraded, Kevin. I know his L2O is slightly weaker but one of Superstar's "downs" went from L3D to L2D and he went from two (0) finishers to a (0) and a (+1). I don't really see that as a downgrade. I would say he stayed about the same or perhaps even improved. The LOW team does not use Rahl ratings when making the cards. As we've discussed before, we kind of have a general ranking placement in mind of where each wrestler should be. (This guy should be an A+ because he was a multi-time World champion and one of the top names in the business. This guy was an occasional main eventer and held the secondary title, so he should be a B.")

I said I didn't know if I was right in saying he was downgraded, I was just going off my personal play with the cards. He seemed to win so much more with his B/W card for me. He just has a 'feel' of a weaker version to me, but like I said maybe the competition just got stiffer in the color verse.

I could totally see that. Lots more major names like Barry, Vader, Tully and Stan among many others. Superstar is definitely more a mid level guy in comparison. Waiting for his feuding opponent to come into color so they can resume their battles.

Don't overlook them rolling bones. They have a lot to say about winners and losers. It's not like we play a thousand matches with a specific card, so randomness rears its head. Magnum TA has always been a virtual JTTS for me and never makes an impact. I can't find a thing wrong with his card.

And...while not 1000 matches with each card, I'm trying to play hundreds of matches with some specific cards! All kidding aside, I am finding that cards are holding up over the course of a lot of matches, and by "holding up", I mean performing as they should when compared to historical results. So, the game engine definitely works over time, but yes, there can be anomalies here and there, certainly with smaller sample sizes.

I would say Superstar was definitely not intended to be a downgrade for his B&W card. As others said, it's probably just the unluck of the dice.

Another great episode. I'm with the majority in I'm totally OK with a set or sets with no new signings. Also, theme for each set is not important to me as well.
