He can come back after New Years or maybe in March after Revolution. Enough other talent around to carry the load untilo then. Just wild that the guy who was a big part of the last 5 Dynamites is gone, and they really wont miss a beat.

I don't know what the big fuss is at AEW signing a jobber from UFC is? Funny the difference in reaction 2 former UFC champions got on Dynamite Wednesday vs the reaction a guy who went 0-2 in UFC got on Rampage Friday.

I mean they can't really not sign CM Punk and Bryan Danielson....and that reaction Friday night is the loudest pop I've heard since the days of Rock and Austin.
I think as long as they are selective with who they hire, and get people that the fans connect with, or feel were underutilized by the Fed, then they will be okay. Bringing in Buddy Murphy, Ruby Riot, and Bray Wyatt, Sure! Bringing in Fandango, Lars Sullivan, and Tucker.... Not So Much.
They definitely need to find/maintain a balance to make sure that they are getting homegrown talent over. But Darby, Jungle Boy, and the like seem to be doing pretty well.

I'd love to see CM Punk vs. Bryan Danielson feud over the title of Best In The World.

Why would you not sign a CM Punk or Bryan Danielson? Or Bray Wyatt or Adam Cole? I have way more faith in Tony Khan to utilize everyone than I do the WWE. Besides, AEW has four shows in which to showcase everyone. I think the youngens will be ok.

At Summerslam, I was in a group of 8 and the guy I sat next to was a friend of a friend and he was actually wearing one of the CM PUNK I Was There shirts from Friday night as he had attended Rampage in Chicago on Friday night before flying out to Las Vegas early Saturday to attend GCW vs FSW and then also Summerslam that day.
While standing in line to get into GCW on Friday night in Las Vegas, me and whlineup saw CM Punk's entrance at Rampage as my friend Brian was playing it on his phone and holding his phone up so we could see it too.
Looking forward to seeing Punk vs Darby Allin at All Out!

The crowd at the Boston Red Sox game just started a (small and brief) CM Punk chant... probably just a few guys near the camera, but it was on the broadcast.

My parents dislike him. And you're only good if they like you.
