I recently got Expansion 3 and had a question about Larry Zbyszko. On his card it says "all turnbuckle moves increase by a damage of one", so does that mean turnbuckle moves become Add 1?

Not necessarily, it depends on the turnbuckle move as the turnbuckle move in question would have to normally be a 3 to become a 3 Add 1 and only IF Zbyszko first manages to remove the turnbuckle pad. For example, on Zbyszko's color card, if he manages to remove the turnbuckle pad then the move head slams to turnbuckle-3 goes to a 3 Add 1 but whip into turnbuckle -2 (pw) would go to whip into turnbuckle-3 (pw.)

Okay, I think I understand now. Does the increase effect the opponent's card as well if they have any turnbuckle moves?

Same....the buckle is exposed. I love matches between George Steele and Zbyszko for that reason.

Yes, it does help Larry, his opponent(s), partner(s), etc. if he removes the buckle pad. With his opponent, the idea is that Zbyszko's cheating can backfire on him.
