I'll just echo the sentiments of our friends and fellow promoters... Excellent topic of discussion and one of my favourite episodes to date.
In fact, I was inspired to create a point system (using total number of reigns, successful defenses and prestige level of title) that would help determine exactly who are my greatest GWF champions.
Please keep in mind this is based on my Shattered Universe fed for which I've completed 2119 through to the end of 2129.
Greatest GWF Universal Heavyweight Champions: 1. Monolith 2. Endgame 3. Aethran Overmaster 4. Harbinger 5. Encubus
Greatest GWF Universal Tag Team Champions: 1. Rush & Turmoil 2. Ultimate Fighters 3. Malkuth & Panther Warrior 4. Bloodline & Encubus 5. Thraxx & Zygon * Honorable Mention going to Havoc & Paralyze - both would have easily made the top 5 as individuals, but not as a team
Greatest GWF Universal Women's Champions: 1. She Devil 2. Shann-Ra 3. Strafe/Alpha Female 4. Phantasy 5. Mother Superior
Greatest GWF Interplanetary Champions: 1. Coven Black 2. Paralyze 3. Payback 4. Tauran 5. Swarm
AND... Just because...
Greatest GWF Champions overall: 1. Monolith 2. Endgame 3. Aethran Overmaster 4. Encubus 5. Paralyze 6. Havoc 7. Swarm 8. Harbinger 9. Bloodline 10. Payback

Fun listen on the way back to DK and now that I'm back and have access to my archives I can confirm who are my Greatest Galaxian Title champions in my feds history:
1. Chaos - Title Wins: 20 - Title Defenses: 66 2. Star Warrior - Title Wins: 21 - Title Defenses: 42 3. Endgame* - Title Wins: 25 - Title Defenses: 32 4. Monolith* - Title Wins: 19 - Title Defenses: 35 5. Thantos - Title Wins: 16 - Title Defenses: 28
*active as of current game year: 2137
Wolf is pretty close behind Thantos and still active, but with his transition to tag I don't see him closing that gap in the future.

Just got to listen. Good topic. Man, there's a lot of ground to cover since I played actively from the first edition onward. Here's my list
Honorable mention: Pulsar Prime, US Patriot, Endgame
5. Thantos 4. Lance At-Las 3. Monolith 2. Chaos 1. Spike
Both of Spike's cards had lengthy, dominant GWF title runs. With Chaos, much like I believe Chad mentioned, I got bored with his dominance and once he finally lost the title I just decided to never put him in the title picture again. So he had one epic reign and never got it back.
I notice the big runs were with the earlier years, then it kind of power creeped to where any one of a handful of guys could win the big one and there were more title switches, so guys like Endgame, Sly, and the like can have good runs and switch the title a lot, but not as lengthy and memorable as the early days.
