Match #1: Ninja Mack defeated Jordan Oliver, Alex Zayne, Blake Christian, Effy, and Alex Colon in a ladder match
- A great match to start this show, despite getting heavily battered in this match, Ninja Mack won he managed to climb the ladder and grab a metal rod to earn a future title shot.
Match #2: Janai Kai defeated Billie Starkz
- Kai won via a punpkick.
Match #3: Tony Deppen defeated Allie Kat
- Deppen won via a RUNNING KNEE STRIKE.
Match #4: VCW Ultraviolent Champion Jimmy Lloyd defeated Matt Cardona (accompanied by Chelsea Green) in a deathmatch
- Lloyd won this match via a TOMBSTONE through a pane of glass.
- As a result, Lloyd retained the VCW Ultraviolent Championship

order of entrance 1. Josh Prohibition 2. AJ Gray 3. Mance Warner 4. Bobby Beverly 5. 1 Called Manders 6. Eric Ryan 7. Matthew Justice 8. Rickey Shane Page 9. VCW Champion Nick Gage 10. ROV TV Champion Jon Moxley
order of elimination 1. Josh Prohibition by Nick Gage 2. Bobby Beverly by AJ Gray 3. Eric Ryan via Mance Warner 4. AJ Gray by Jon Moxley 5. Rickey Shane Page by Nick Ggae via slice with pizza cutter after RSP avccidentally smashed Moxley with a lighgtube and then got into an argument with Moxley who hit RSP with MOXICITY! Ggae then used his pizza cutter on a downed RSP who got eliminated by pinfall. 6. Jon Moxley. Moxley told Gage and the reamining members of the Second Gear Crew that, while he may be from Ohio, he refuses to fight anymore for 44OH! Moxley then left the War Games structure to end the match.

- Arez eliminated Starboy Charlie via HECHO EN MEXICO.
- G-Raver eliminated Eli Evefly via a hangman DDT.
- Arez eliminated Jake Atlas via HECHO EN MEXICO.
- Arez eliminated G-Raver via HECHO EN MEXICO.
- Gringo Loco eliminated Arez via a Spanish Fly.
Match #2: The Second Gear Crew's Mance Warner, Matthew Justice, and AJ Gray defeated The Mighty Zaddies: Shane Haste, Bad Dude Tito, and Che Cabrera
- 1 show after they teamed with VCW Champion Nick Gage to defeat 44OH! in a War Games deathmatch, the SGC won this match when Justice put away Cabrera via Van Terminator.

Match #5: Akira defeated Ninja Mack
- Before this match started to mark his VCW debut, Akira said that 44OH! may have left VCW after losing that War Games deathmatch to Nick Gage and the Second Gear Crew last show but he is coming here to VCW to avenge his fellow Midwesterners!
- 1 show after winning a 6-man ladder match, Ninja Mack controlled the majority of the offense but Akira won his first VCW match via a Muta Lock.
Match #6: Tony Deppen defeated Willie Mack
- 1 show after defeating Allie Kat, Deppen won this match too as he got the victory via a BACK OF HEAD K.O. BLOW.
Match #7: Jonathan Gresham defeated Kota Ibushi
- Gresham surprised Ibushi with a crucifix rollup for the pinfall.

Match #8: Chris Dickinson defeated Jacob Fatu
- A good match, Dickinson won via a Trailer Hitch.
Match #9: Alex Colon defeated VCW Ultraviolent Champion Jimmy Lloyd in a deathmatch
- A good match, despite being set on fire earlier in the match, Colon won via CAMEL CLUTCH.
- As a result, Alex Colon is the new VCW Ultraviolent Champion.
Match #10: VCW Champion Nick Gage defeated Jon Moxley
- Another good match, Gage won via his CHOKE BREAKER.
- As a result, Gage retained the VCW Championship.
- Afterward, Moxley challenged Gage to a rematch sometime in the future only next time in a deathmatch and Gage accepted Moxley's offer!
