Match #1: Alex Zayne defeated Blake Christian in a non-tournament match
- VCW's first match was a good opening match won by Zayne via running shooting star press.
Match #2: G-Raver defeated Drake Younger in a First-Round match
- This was an evenly-fought match that could have gone either way as both sides got in about the same amount of offense against each other.
- During this match, G-Raver used his tattoo needles to attack the forehead of Younger and then, when Younger rolled outside of the ring to escape the attack from G-Raver's signature weapon, was hit by a light tube delivered by a suicide dive from G-Raver! The action returned to the ring where Younger regained control and stapled money to the head and chest of G-Raver and then smashed him with a light tube. A couple of moves later, Younger bodyslammed G-Raver onto thumbtacks. G-Raver however regained the offensive and won via knee lift with light tube.
- As a result, G-Raver advanced to the next round with an impressive victory over Younger.
Match #3: Jimmy Lloyd defeated Mad Man Pondo in a First-Round match
- Another First-Round match where the offense switched back and forth between the two competitors. During this match, Pondo bodyslammed Lloyd onto thumbtacks, smashed him with a light tube, and from the apron sent him through a door set up on the outside of the ring. Lloyd battled back and attacked Pondo with skewers before he and Pondo engaged in a light tube battle won by Lloyd. Pondo regained control and attempted to send Lloyd into a barbed wire board set up in the corner but Lloyd managed to stop himself from going through the barbed wire biard and then dodged out of the way as a charging Pondo then missed a turnbuckle charge and ended up in the barbed wire board himself. Lloyd gave Pondo a DDT onto a gusset plate and then hit a TOMBSTONE but he could not put Pondo away. Pondo regained control and attacked Lloyd with his saw bat and nailed Lloyd with the PONDO DRIVER but Lloyd kicked out. The action spilled out of the ring where Pondo gave Lloyd a DDT through a table but Lloyd ultimately won via a bottom rope moonsault.
- As a result, Lloyd advances and will take on G-Raver in the next round.
Match #4: Necro Butcher defeated Mance Warner in a First-Round match
- Warner got off to a good start but Necro Butcher unleashed an impressive onslaught of violence that included bodyslamming Warner into thumbtacks and then stapling Warner's tongue to a door and then hitting him with ballistic headbutts! Warner kicked out of two NECRO BOMBS and also survived CHOOSE DEATH but the end came when Warner set up Necro Butcher on a pane of glass and went for a deathjump only to crash through the glass himself as Necro Butcher rolled out of the way. Amid the shattered glass, Necro Butcher got the pinfall to advance to the next round.
Match #5: "The King" Nick Gage defeated Jeff Cannonball in a First Round match
- Early in this match, Cannonball gave a Short Soda Review where he reviewed Diet Coke which he got from a fan in the front row. Cannonball took a drink out of the Diet Coke bottle and said "Diet Coke tastes like sh*t" and then hit Gage with a falling fist drop. Gage however quickly gained control of this match and never returned to defense as he won via his pizza cutter followed two moves later by his CHOKE BREAKER.
- As a result, Gage will take on Necro Butcher in the next round.
