You know an episode dedicated to the NGO would be awesome, and who better to discuss it than you gentlemen.
From conception to the first release at Galacticon and everything in between. Characters, art - what you guys thought when you first saw the drawings like Piston Dawn and Baron Von Deferns.
And the most pressing question, why didn't Biff Malibu and the Doggfather ever get a tag name? 😉

My Veneno "make good" I did after not liking my first attempt still holds up okay I think. I need to colorize that and maybe make a new card some day. That Veneno drawing more than holds up; it's amazing! I think a colorized version would be awesome. I actually received some newspaper clippings from around '77 or '78 in the Dominican Republic with results of Veneno's matches and even a few moves described in Spanish. A few short clips of Veneno have come out on YouTube in the last decade, although still not as much as I hoped.

Another Solid episode. Enjoyed the favorite match segments the best. Was surprised no one mentioned Savage-Steamboat from WMIII, that one is in my five. I also agree with Stu in how horrible it is to try and watch RAW these days. With so much wrestling on today, what once was a staple, now I never watch.

I also agree with Stu in how horrible it is to try and watch RAW these days. With so much wrestling on today, what once was a staple, now I never watch. On another day, given the same challenge, Steamboat vs. Savage could definitely be in my top five. The most flexible of my listing are the three singles matches I nominated. My two tag team matches will always be in my top five.

I wouldn't know how to order them...but my top 5 would include the following:
Flair vs. Fujinami (Flair chopped him sooooo many times...that was the first time I ever saw a "Dragon Sleeper" and since then has always been in my top 5 list of favorite submission moves.) Savage vs. Steamboat (seriously maybe the greatest match ever) The 1992 Royal Rumble (Flair enters early & wins the title) Liger and Sano (January 1990 match) Foley and Funk (Hardcore Heaven 1994)
Honorable Mention: Okada vs. Omega (January 2017)
-----
I guess I need a shot if I were playing the UT drinking game of "honorable mentions". I am sure I would have been "gone" had I tried playing these last two episodes. (But I am sure if I ever do attempt to play, I will have to adjust my listening habits since I listen while I am teleworking...)

Also, since I feel like I'm the only fan in history that this applies to: my favorite of the three Flair/Steamboat '89 matches is the first one, in Chicago. Literally no one else, ever, has declared that one their favorite of the 3, but I felt like it was the result that was the most up-in-the-air going in (you can see a look of shock on Dave Meltzer's face when Steamboat's hand is raised) and I love the "anti-Dusty" fakeout finish for the first big PPV after his departure.
