I got my online order in, and I'm glad for the new versions of a Vanguard era team, even if they have a new partner. So much so in fact that I actually did the Rahl Ratings for each of them. This is what I ended up with.
Rumble- 40 (49)
Overkill- 40 (53)
Malice- 48 (52)

My favorite is Rumble. Paragon is another favorite. Cosmic Force are unique. I like the artwork for Cosmic Forces, but I am not sold on the concept (I was not a fan of the original Cosmic Forces). The booklet was ab interesting read and provides some ideas for storylines. Overall, these cards provide some good talent for my two feds.

Am I reading it correctly Mike?
The Shadowy figure is Godsend and Oracle is the one responsible for severing his tie with mortal Godsend in 2135...?
Or am I grasping at straws...?
Would be a cool tie in with the main GWF timeline IMO.

Would be a cool tie in with the main GWF timeline IMO. I was wondering the same thing. It seems to allude to Godsend coming but what Version? Is Godsend leaving the GWF soon? It doesn't seem likely this year with his war with the Gladiators.

The 2117 handbook also seems to allude to Chaos possibly going to Kronos?

FWIW, this is my first Future Shock set, which I initially bought just so I have a new Paragon card to use in my Kronos fed. Malice and Overkill are bonuses. I'm not up on FS lore. I had almost forgotten about Vector One, so this was an interesting suprise... Tdlr: under a rock...

Honestly, this whole set is a masterpiece to me. I just finished rushing through a whole year's worth of play to get through CWF 2115 and had thought I was ready to take a break but now I'm not so sure. This feels to me like the first set where the CWF really becomes its own thing and has ample room to breathe.
The payoff with Adam Blast was brilliant, and pays off both his character, and gives us a great tag team to work with.
I love the incoming Gladiator team and look forward to the feud with Minister of War's group.
There is so much intrigue and complexity built into the whole Paganax/At-Las/Ravagers/Oracle thing and should allow for endless storyline permutations and possibilities.
Paragon and Epitome are going to be a great new pairing to work with and sets up a great feud with Mister Centra.
Perhaps my actual favorite thing about this and the other CWF sets though, is the building of the undercard. So many really fun undercard guys with cool stories and links to main players. The Boys from Mecatoid, Oracle's Followers, Urchin, Grovel and Cringe. It adds SO MUCH depth and also hints toward their future improvement and I really think that's critical to keeping a fed humming like this.
Overall, I could not be more excited to see how this continues, and really just want to give my salute to Mike for a job incredibly well done with this.
