Stoked that you enjoyed the action, my friend... It was lots of fun... I know I've said it before, but it bears repeating - You did an exceptional job with this set... The guys in the deathmatch set itself really delivered even though it was Necro Butcher (from one of the earliest ROH set that eventually won)... Thinking I'll run a follow-up show in the near future, pitting Butcher and Brodie Lee against each other... Many thanks for staying tuned! |

Awesome to see Necro Butcher take it. It was an awesome final... Gage came really close, but in the end, a couple of critical rolls on the deathmatch charts went in Butcher's favor. Thank you for joining this wild ride, my friend... And keep those peepers peeled... There's probably more to come! |

- Gage pinned Lloyd after a CHOKEBREAKER on the concrete floor. This highly anticipated rematch failed to deliver as Gage made short work of Lloyd once again.
- The disappointment of the crowd did not last long as AJ STYLES came bursting through the curtain and walked towards the ring. Allowing no time for speculation, he issued a challenge for an impromptu match. Sneering at the unexpected arrival, Gage accepted the challenge. "As long as you've got the guts to step into the house that Nick F'n Gage built and make it a Hardcore Deathmatch!" Pointing a pair of finger guns at the extreme legend, Styles agreed. "Let's see who's face is gonna run this place!"
NICK GAGE def. AJ Styles in a Hardcore Deathmatch. (12:41) ****
- Gage pinned Styles after a PILEDRIVER onto canvas bag filled with spent bullet casings. This was a brutally impressive seesaw battle. Styles nailed Gage with a Spinal Tap through a table before softening up with a Calf Killer enhanced by a broken light tube. The efforts of the Phenomenal One fell short as Gage lashed out with a pizza cutter and firmly establishing himself as the King of Ultraviolence.
NECRO BUTCHER def. Brodie Lee in a Cage of Death match. (2:25) squash
- Butcher pinned Lee after smashing him in the face with the broken Highway to Hell tournament trophy. Stomping around the ring and making wild gestures with his arms, Butcher cut a quick promo. "The Big Rig just hit a major roadblock on the Highway to Hell!"

Nice to see Havoc win. Shame for Styles and Lee. A more competitive match between Butcher and Lee probably would have led to a Best of series of some kind... As it stands, I think I'll be content with the single shot for now... I've got something fun planned for the next card with the Nation of Intoxication taking over the main event... Bottoms up!  |
