That is friggin' awesome art!! I had flashbacks of El Gigante and then something about the eyes reminded me of the Bigfoot in the Original Six Million Dollar Man Series............but this guy is way cooler than both of those characters!!

Normally I can go either way on updated cards. Seeing what I have cooking in PAW with Vacant this update is PERFECT. This might be my most favorite set in awhile. All hits so far.

Just to echo many of the positive comments. Vacant looks great, mega intimidating with that pose. Just the sort of look that sends you into the big league

Happy to see fans excited about Vacant. Once the set is released I’ll talk more about how his update came to be. As far as his art goes, I was going for that cougar standing high up in the trees looking down on his prey look.
Next week - Our headliner AND the official name of the set (it’s not FTR 3) will be revealed…

Kayfabe wise (in the official story) FTR is the proving grounds fed of the GWF. It’s always been designed so promoters can decide which FTR guys will appear on the undercard of your GWF shows. That’s how the GWFZ was designed too. Now obviously FTR has all its own stories going on and a large enough roster that it can be played all on its own, but the idea that some of these guys can wrestler on your undercard in the GWF is still in play.

Vacant looks great! I have to get the PP cards to be caught up then will probably start a true FTR fed. I've been using the cards in the GWF on a Dark/Dark Elevation type show but I think it's time they get their own.

Didn’t know Vacant was the son of Cannibal. The art for the set is great. Some of Werner’s best IMO

Didn’t know Vacant was the son of Cannibal. The art for the set is great. Some of Werner’s best IMO From his first bio: Vacant is rumored to be one of Cannibal’s many illegitimate children growing up and running wild in the dark jungles of Neptune. He is a savage fighter, raised among beasts, untamed and void of normal human behavior. Named for his primitive nature and wild eyed thousand yard stare, Vacant is a fearless hardcore rookie!
But the fans aren’t sure what to think of the Neptunian newcomer. Is Vacant a heroic Space Cropper? Or is his destiny to follow in the sadistic footsteps of his villainous father?
