When playing a Texas death match, do you roll on the chart whenever there's a finisher/pin attempt? Also, when would you consider McShain "busted open"? I imagine its 4 fatigue tokens.

For McShain, it's whatever your house rule is since there's no "official" rule for bleeding. For me it's 4 tokens + a roll of 3 or higher (so that 4 tokens doesn't automatically mean blood). I just figured most of us probably have one.
In a Texas Death Match You only roll on the Texas Death Match chart if the pin or submission was SUCCESSFUL. Otherwise you continue the match as normal.
