My feeling is that Luger would be easy to sign. My theory is the guilt complex concerning Ms Elizabeth. Luger would do anything to come over as a nice guy.
Martel is classic, he would be great!
Do you think the Honky Tonk Man would reconsider?

Actually i think Martel was really hitting his stride in the late 90s with the feud with Booker and Saturn before he blew out his knee. That would be my choice for Martel since getting Garea is unliekly. I'd rather get the Model era of Martel. He had great matches against Bret and Tito in the early 90s, and that's what I remember him as more than anything else.

Like Jimmy Valaint, Ted DiBiase, the Missing Link, The Mountie (as Jacques Rogeau especially if LOW gets Raymond Rougeau), Masked Superstar, etc, I think Rick Martel if he signed with LOW is one of those who would merit 2 different card versions with one of them being an alter ego version of him as The Model (if the WWE doesn't still own the rights).
