He was designed to be a member of FTR year 1 if I recall correctly. I don't think there's an actual bio. He obviously has a bit of a play on the old Holly gimmick of super heavyweights and some Guerrero influence too.
Tres Adversarios is a series of vertical suplexes into a cover.

Character created by Tom Filsinger and he's part of PP 16.

that was the intent although that was also when FTR was just a series of cards with no storylines hence why people probably didn't know his exacts.

Not exactly sure where Troy got the information above but it is incorrect.
The character was not created by Tom and is not for FTR. The character was created by a game fan for COTG. This was a hold over from the COTG Live Event Kickstarter, as some contributors to the campaign at a certain level got to create a game card. Those cards (including the Pete Beck card) were sent to Kickstater contributors. However, the creator of Chavo never got back to me until many months after everything was printed and sent. We were looking for something for Prime that month and we decided to include the character in there to get his card made.

The Tom info came from the fact that it's how it was listed on COTGOnline.
FTR was just a faded memory thinking that's what was said.
