I really like the team of The Spoiler and Dutch Savage. Don’t think they’ll take it but that’s a fun team. From THE SPOILER (wrestler) wiki NWA All-Star Wrestling NWA Canadian Tag Team Championship (Vancouver version) (1 time) - with Dutch Savage NWA World Tag Team Championship (Vancouver version) (2 times) – with Dutch Savage I tried to make sure every team in the tournament was an actual team at one time or another. My favorite pairing, I found was GORILLA MONSOON and KILLER KOWALSKI. |

[3] BRITISH BULLDOGS: DAVEY BOY SMITH & DYNAMITE KIDsquashed [7] RANDY SAVAE & LANNY POFFO 1* Dynamite pinned Poffo after a superplex, as brother Randy just watched - thinking for sure Lanny would kick out! [1] ROCK-N-ROLL EXPRESS: RICKY MORTON 1 & ROBERT GIBSONdefeated [4] CHRIS 1 & JOHN 1 TOLOS* Gibson pinned Chris after a DOUBLE DROPKICK, as Morton knocked John off the apron. [3] THE FABULOUS ONES: STEVE KEIRN 5 & STAN LANE 1survived [10] 'THE MILLION DOLLAR MAN' TED DIBIASE 4 & ANDRE THE GIANT 2* Andre, sick of being berated, walked out on Dibiase mid match - leaving the $ Man in a handicap match. * KEIRN put Dibiase down for the count after a nasty FABULOUS FOREARM! [4] MOONDOGS: REX & SPOTbeat by DQ[1] MVC: STEVE WILLIAMS 3 & TERRY GORDY * The first number one seed falls, as Williams was disqualified for bashing Spot with his own Bone during a brawl on the outside! [6] BARRY WINDHAM & BLACKJACK MULLIGAN 3defeated [2] JACK 5 & JERRY BRISCO * Jack's shoulders were counted down as Barry had him locked in a bloody BLACKJACK CLAW, Jerry tried to save his brother, but Mulligan caught him in a Claw as well! [1] THE MIDNIGHT EXPRESS: DENNIS CONDREY 2 & BOBBY EATON 1defeated [12] BOBO BRAZIL 1 & SWEET BROWN SUGAR 2* Condrey pinned SWEET BROWN SUGAR (KOKO WRE) after a sweet FACE FIRST LEG SWEEP, as Bobby stopped Brazil from getting in the ring. That was a great Tournament to follow.
Thought the Kangaroos would be in the Finals.
The Fabs for sure did prove to be on of the best Teams in the Game.

Congratulations to the Roadies for winning the Titles 🙂 That was a great Tournament to follow. Thought the Kangaroos would be in the Finals. The Fabs for sure did prove to be on of the best Teams in the Game. I appreciate the kind words; it was a lot of fun to do. I can see now that all my #3 seeds should have probably been 2s. |
