Young Actor Moses J. Moseley Shockingly Died at 29

Moses J Moseley, the American actor who played one of Michonne’s jawless pet walkers in AMC’s The Walking Dead, has sadly died. Moses J. Moseley was reportedly murdered

Moses J. Moseley was an American actor, author, and model. He started as a model, working with many of the photographers who built there and his portfolio. Moses made two film debuts in the films “Happy Noise” and “The Internship.”

He was known for his work on The Walking Dead, TV series Queen of the South, TV series HBO Watchmen, TV series BET Tales, and the film Blood Scroll: Horror Stories.

Actress Barbara Chilcott passed away at 99

ade her West End debut in June 1949 in The Young and Fair at St Martin's Theatre. In England, her strikingly exotic appearance and the intensity of her performing style caused her to be typecast, as to a certain extent she continued to be throughout her career. She said in a 1984 interview, "I don't do a lot of comedy. I usually get the strong neurotic ladies to play."

Returning to Canada in 1950, she quickly established herself as one of this country's leading actors. She performed on CBC Radio and became involved with the burgeoning summer theatre movement, joining her brothers Murray Davis and Donald Davis in their Straw Hat Players and acting with the International Players in Kingston and the Canadian Repertory Theatre in Ottawa.

In 1953 the Davis brothers founded the Crest Theatre. For the Crest, which during its 13 seasons made a vital contribution to theatre in Toronto and employed the cream of Canadian talent, she played such parts as Viola in Twelfth Night, Antigone in Antigone, and her favourite role, Cleopatra in Antony and Cleopatra.

Renowned broadcaster Gary Burgess dies aged 46

The 46-year-old, who was known for his extensive media work over a 30-year career, died at Jersey Hospice on New Year's Day, it was announced.

He was diagnosed with terminal cancer in November 2020.

In a message written for release after his death, he said he had had the "luckiest life", had worked with "some of the most amazing people", and wished his final words to be "thank you".

Mr Burgess worked for several media organisations, including ITV Channel Television, Jersey radio station Channel 103 radio, the Jersey Evening Post and BBC Radio Guernsey.

He was presented with the Silver-Seal award by the Bailiff of Jersey for his journalism in 2020, and was named Community Champion of the Year at the Jersey Evening Post's Pride of Jersey Awards.
