 Australian cricket has lost a legend, with Rod Marsh passing away at the age of 74 following a heart attack last week. Marsh debuted behind the stumps to the derisory nickname Iron Gloves in the 1970/71 Ashes, but left in 1984 holding the record for dismissals - 355 - as his partnership with Dennis Lillee became the stuff of legend. After his retirement he became an influential coach and administrator, with his work in the AIS's Cricket Academy of particular note |

 Ronnie Kidd, 67 He was a Gideon, a Mason, and an avid bluegrass enthusiast. An accomplished musician who could play “anything with strings,” Kidd frequented area bluegrass festivals, fiddlers’ conventions, and jam sessions. In recent years, his primary instrument was the upright bass. |

 Mac Martin passes The first-generation bluegrass lead singer, guitar picker, and band leader from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, William (Bill) Dermot “Mac Martin” Colleran passed away on Monday morning, February 28, 2022. He was 96 and would have been 97 on April 26th. |

 Ike Delock a former pitcher in MLB, passed away at 92. Delock played 11 seasons for the Boston Red Sox and Baltimore Orioles. He was born in Highland Park, Michigan. In ten-plus seasons with the Red Sox, Delock had a record of 83–72. He pitched in at least 20 games for the Red Sox every year from 1952 to 1961. |
