We'll probably know more about the new set at the January Perennial so just for fun before it comes out....You've been given the opportunity to pick 10 names Plus Promoter Prime for the next set. Who do you choose? For simplicity, only choose names already part of FG but if you want to pick who are unlikely...go ahead...it's for fun.
My own not quite dream but I'd really like set 1 and 2. Fabulous Kangaroos 3 and 4. Love Brothers 5. Don Leo Jonathan 6. Ilio Di Paolo 7. Antonino Rocca 8. Kevin Sullivan 9. One Man Gang 10. Pepper Gomez
PP Cousin Luke, Lord Zoltan, Wild Red Berry wrestler card

My 10 card set using only known names would be: 1. Freddie Blassie 2. The Missing Link 3. Dan Spivey 4. Kevin Sullivan 5. One Man Gang 6. Mike Graham 7 & 8. The Tolos Brothers 9 & 10. The Kangaroos
PP: SD Jones, DDP (I know I'm in the minority in not liking to use his CAC card as his color LOW card, but this is a hill I will die on) and a manager version of Blassie.

DDP (I know I'm in the minority in not liking to use his CAC card as his color LOW card, but this is a hill I will die on) and a manager version of Blassie. You are not in the minority in this house. Everything from the art to the stats screams “later in his career” DDP. I tried using his Cauliflower Alley Club card in the CWA, and he stunk up the place. I’d love to see a prime, world champion-level DDP.

Only picking guys who need B&W -> Color upgrades (with one exception in promoter prime):
1) Freddie Blassie 2) Don Leo Jonathan 3 & 4) The Kangaroos 5 & 6) The Love Brothers 7 & 8) The Tolos Brothers 9) Penny Banner 10) Les Thatcher
PP: Wild Red Berry, singles version of Warlord, singles version of The Barbarian (since they signed him for the 80s color set).

Thing is CAC DDP is basically the same card as his B and W card so I don't think we're ever going to see a higher statted DDP.

Would be great to get a couple of midget wrestlers in there. Especially Little Beaver, would love to have him annoying Bundy in my fed! As I am very pro WWF late 80s, early 90s would love to see Rude, Andre, Blassie as manager most out of those already mentioned.
Unrealistic dream pick … Ultimate Warrior! My all time fave

B&W DDP, while not a world beater, was on par with multi-time world champions like Dan Severn, Antonio Inoki, and Steve Williams. In the color world, CAC DDP is on par with guys like Brian Christopher and Val Venis. We need a DDP who can go toe-to-toe with color Randy Savage. Right now, that's a terrible mismatch.
