don Owens" ladies and gentleman allow me to introduce Mr. Justin Case. he's the head of a special comission called C.O.P's(Comissioners and promoters). he has asked to speak to the crowd."
Don Owens hands the house mic over to Justin Case.
Justin Case" ladies and gentlemen. my job as well as the comssions is to enforce certain rules regarding matches pertaining to Non-title matches and Title matches. THe ruling is no dq's or countouts allowed. the matches must be won via Pinfall or Submissions only. Tonights non title match between Isaac the impaler and black Jack Lanza will be the first to follow this rule. if the rule isn'tnow lets theth followed. then there will be firings of wrestlers. Thank you for your time."
Justin Case hands back the mic and heads for his front row seat.
