Blassie, French Angel, Tolos Brothers, SD Jones, Jim Powers, Angelo Mosca, Kevin Sullivan. I'm not listing the mega popular ones that just about everyone wants but will not actually happen anymore for whatever reason. Wouldn’t The Tolos Brothers and Blassie made sense in the most recent set if they could happen? It really depends on what they're planning down the road. If they've got like 6 other LA guys lined up and are planning to do a set for that region at some point, maybe it actually makes more sense NOT to release them with the most recent set. |

More likely that Blassie and Tolos Brothers were one shots who would need to be re-signed than they're holding them for a possible LA set. Regardless, I hope they appear in color some day.

Definitely. I'm not making any claim that they are being held back for a more appropriate set. I'd love to see them in color too, but I'm certainly not holding my breath for that to happen. |

I know Kevin Sullivan appears in color as a manager in an ROH set as well, so I wonder if he can still get a Legends Color card at some point. I want to say it was around 2016 or 2017.

There should be no issue with someone like Kevin Sullivan having both a color ROH card and a color LOW card. Steve Corino and Jerry Lynn are examples with color cards for both. |

Sullivan is clearly just waiting for the right set to place him whether a large set or a smaller one.
