Since most of this list is probably not currently feasible, I will take Ken Doane whose last indy run (pre-Covid) from what i saw in Beyond and other places could def use not just a coloring, but a pretty solid update Just out of curiosity when it comes some of these updates. Has anyone made an attempt to go to the man himself Tony Khan. We know he is an old school fan, tape trader Observer and PWI subscriber. He has for sure seen the old COTG ads and might be familiar. He also seems into the fringe realms of wrestling culture. Probably not an AEW set but allowing wrestlers to have cards in the game seems like something he would be cool with. I think updates *can* be made for wrestlers who have already signed, but that defeats the purpose of an indie wrestling set. |

Shame to hear Cogar is reluctant to sign. He jumped to the top of my indie wish list bumping down long time #1 Jacob Fatu.

Alright, here is the list of cards I think need updates—some of them desperately.
1) Tom Lawlor
2) Eddie Kingston (long shot)
3) MJF (another long shot)
4) Arik Royal
5) Jay White
6) Ryan Taylor
7) Orange Cassidy (see above, in re: long shot)
8) Tommy End (so many long shots)
9) Tommaso Ciampa (do I have to say it?)
10) Brian Cage (I know, I know)

But, yeah... Longshot city... You might want to drop that remark next to 'Switchblade' Jay White as well. I can barely bring myself to use Tommy End's card anymore... He's just evolved so much since that time... And become one of my absolute favorite wrestlers in the process. |
