I would be really, really, really surprised if we got the 3 big Japanese names in color any time soon. Hey, I've been surprised before, but I just don't see it happening. Well, they said this is going to be the most wanted quarter of pro prime ever for legends. My thought would be Baba was in the original intro set B&W, unless it was only a one-card deal then they are just waiting for the appropriate timing. As a note, with Rikidozan, same sort of thing. Further note - Rikidozan and Baba are connected to one another as Rikidozan helped train both Baba and Inoki. I assume Inoki is not a possible get. I think Red Berry is probably in the Pro Prime as well with the Roos being in the actual set. It'll be fun to see, we'll know probably in six to eight weeks. |

Do you guys think The Sheik could be one of the Prime names? , last I heard both he and Sabu's releases have lapsed or were good for only the one (B&W) card. I would pop huge for a Sheik card - possibly only less than how huge I would pop for a B&W to color revision (Rick Rude). It's possible. Thanks man. I believe both The Sheik's sons have passed so I wonder if Sabu could or would re-sign for new cards. Him and Rude are 2 guys I would love to see in color. I'm excited to see what they have in store for Prime. They've definitely created some buzz. |

Cpt. Ed George (Ed Farhat Jr.) passed away last year from complications with Covid. His youngest son died, I believe, a few years before that.
I'm not sure how many kids The Sheik had, but at least two of them have also passed on.

Sheik has no living children. Tom and Eddie have both passed. There are grandchildren who are still alive. I have no idea who would be in a position to make a decision on likeness usage.

I wonder if one of the new LOW signings might be somebody I signed last year? It is a good name but I am not sure if he fits the loose theme of this set or not. I’m pretty sure the guys are a guy I signed and @tigersamuri signed. Chad was asking about the move set the other day. |
