Cowboy Bill Watts and Pistol Pez would be good .
Not 100% but how about Memphis connection manager Downtown Bruno (WWE Harvey Whippleman) ?

I'd totally mark for Nature Boy Roger Kirby. At first I thought we could see a set of guys he trained... but I don't think we'd be doing a lot of re-color cards for Mox, Cole, Stryker, Gulak, etc. I don't see how that would be "the most popular set." Yet, I struggle to see how a lot of the names we've listed would be a real popular set outside of a handful. Sure, I want Rocca, DiPaolo, Yukon, etc.; I just don't see how that would top a lot of the past sets... unless FG have a surprise. The quote about it being the "most popular" was in regards to Q1 Promoter Prime, not the entire set.

yeah, it'd be tough to beat TNT 2 for sure. Of course we'll be cheering for them to try.

Yeah, I mean I'm all for them trying to make every set "the most popular set ever".

The most popular set ever is always and forever the next set, at least until names get announced and we can start complaining about who's not in it.

I think this set could be pretty alright, I mean not a huge Les Thatcher mark, but I think with five other color revisions included, plus the Pro Prime names, it's going to be eight names, and the names for Pro Prime are going to be pretty big, the most popular ever, according to Mike M., so ... I may be looking forward more to the Pro Prime set than the actual expansion.

Les Thatcher has spent six decades in professional wrestling approaching all of the many hats he has worn with a passion that few can equal. Known for his talents behind the scenes as much as in the ring, Les got his start in Boston in 1960. By the mid-60’s he was part of a popular trio of wrestlers that toured throughout the Southern territories until the decade’s end. During the 70s, he would work in Canada – even having his sole run as a heel in the Maritimes Territory. Eventually, he wound up south again and worked for multiple territories, including North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Thatcher was no stranger to gold and held numerous regional tag titles with several partners. Thatcher has spent the past 30 years sharing his knowledge with talent as a trainer and offered his view on wrestling with a radio show, web show, and podcast. Filsinger Games is thrilled to have Les Thatcher join the Legends of Wrestling Expansion IX! Pre-orders will begin soon for a projected mid-March release date.
