- Both men narrowly avoided disqualification as the fast paced action repeatedly spilled out to the floor.
BOBBY FISH & KYLE O'REILLY def. Angel Ortiz & Mike Draztik in a 'Tap or Snap' match. ****1/2- O'Reilly finished Ortiz with an ARMAGEDDON. -- Tokens: Fish 5, O'Reilly 2 - Ortiz 7, Draztik 7
- Employing fundamental ground technique, Fish and O'Reilly managed to keep their opponents on the defensive for a good portion of this gruelining marathon encounter. Clever teamwork allowed Ortiz and Draztik to remain in the fight for longer than expected, but it was not enough. While Fish cornered Draztik with a flurry of hard strikes, O'Reilly trapped Ortiz in a punishing hold until he passed out.
JAY LETHAL (w/ Truth Martini) def. Trevor Lee. ***1/2- Lethal tapped out Lee with a KOJI CLUTCH. -- Tokens: Lethal 2 - Lee 5
- Just as Lee was starting to gain some serious momentum, Lethal ducked a clothesline and then staggered his opponent with a knee clip. Lethal systematically worked Lee into a vulnerable position to claim a satisfying victory.
KRIS WOLF def. Kylie Rae via count-out. ***- Rae was counted out <snake eyes> after Wolf hit a tornado kick that knocked her off the apron and sent her crashing through a table. -- Tokens: Wolf 3 - Rae 3
- Taking an interest in Rae's undefeated status, Tessa Blanchard made an appearance to observe this contest from ringside. As Rae gradually recovered, Blanchard convinced her that Wolf was jealous of her accomplishments and should be taught a lesson. Buying into Blanchard's words, Rae viciously attacked Wolf from behind. She clamped on a SMILE TO THE FINISH and refused to release the hold until Jazzy Gabert arrived and pulled her away from her victim. Blanchard accused Gabert of trying to steal Rae's glory, leading to an angry verbal exchange between the two women. <Wolf injured for 2 cards.>
PAUL LONDON (w/ Brian Kendrick) def. Kenny King (w/ Truth Martini). *****- London pinned King after a Frankensteiner. -- Tokens: London 6 - King 8
- Landing one dynamic sequence after another, these two competitors delivered a truly dynamic performance. A perfectly timed assist by Kendrick effectively countered Martini's constant involvement, providing London with the opening he needed to gain the upper hand. Rebounding off the ropes, London flipped King into a flawless pinning combination.
Special Appearance: Johnny Gargano entered the ring and wasted no time making Danhausen the focal point of his disgust. He said he was tired of the makeup wearing fool lurking around in the shadows and demanded a face-to-face confrontation. Refusing to listen to any more, Chuck Taylor stormed the ring. He pleaded with Gargano to respect the power of Danhausen or risk being cursed. Thinking it was a joke, Gargano laughed. When he realized that Taylor was serious, it led to a harsh disagreement between the longtime friends. Neither man was willing to change their opinion and they walked off in different directions.
ALEXANDER HAMMERSTONE, KILLER KROSS & WILLIE MACK def. Chris Sabin, Jonathan Gresham & Matt Riddle in a Team Survivor Challenge. **- Order of elimination:
1. Sabin (4 tokens) eliminated by Hammerstone via pinfall after a stalling superplex.
2. Riddle (2 tokens) eliminated by Mack via pinfall after a STUNNER.
3. Gresham (4 tokens) eliminated by Kross via pinfall after a chokeslam.
- Survivors: Hammerstone, Kross (4 tokens) & Mack
- The Prime Time Players delivered a fairly dominant performance to blow off this long standing feud. Sabin clearly blamed Riddle for the outcome, stating that he should learn to work with his teammates instead of always trying to stand in the spotlight. Taking exception to this statement, Riddle pointed out that Sabin's superiority complex was not helping anyone.
MATT & NICK JACKSON def. Marty Scurll & Will Ospreay via DQ. *1/2- Scurll was disqualified when he hit Matt with a smash with umbrella. -- Tokens: Scurll 3 - MJackson 1
- Quick tags by the Bucks prevented Scurll and Ospreay from developing any kind of effective strategy. Allowing frustration to dictate his course, Scurll decided that inflicting harm on his rivals was worth the cost of a technical decision.
TOM LAWLOR def. Michael Bennett (w/ Maria). *1/2- Lawlor pinned Bennett after a MASTER BLASTER. -- Tokens: Bennett 3
- Each time Bennett started to pick up steam, Lawlor would execute a skilled reversal to maintain control of the situation. Eager to humble the Riot on the Rock winner, Lawlor offered Bennett just enough hope to hang himself and a missed high risk move sealed his fate.
CHRIS MASTERS def. Drew Galloway, Mance Warner and Moose in a Four-Way Scramble. ****- Masters pinned Galloway after a scoop powerslam while bracing himself against the turnbuckles for extra leverage. -- Tokens: Masters 4 - Galloway 3 - Warner 4 - Moose 5
- This was a truly wild affair that displayed the determination of all four men involved. As the melee kicked into overdrive, Warner backed Galloway into a corner with a series of heavy blows. Moose plowed into both men with a big Avalanche and left them lying in a heap. Capitalizing on the opportunity, Masters dumped Moose over the top rope and instantly targeted Galloway for a questionable finish.
