I see KFC is on the list. I like KFC but I was surprised to learn how popular it is in Japan. When I went to Japan to visit my sister in 2018 who was teaching there at the time, I was told that eating KFC is a very popular tradition for Christmas Eve in Japan to the extent that if you do not preorder KFC by June you can not eat KFC on Christmas Eve.

I am glad to have confirmation of this. Back when I had cable, during the holidays I would put on Music Choice, the music channels on cable, and listen to Christmas music. They would put up different facts about the holidays and one was about how you have to preorder KFC months in advance. So crazy. Now, I know it is true. |

They were the best. I’m not a big bread eater. I don’t avoid it completely but I’m super conscious about how much bread I eat. So when it comes to pizza I like the NY style too. Nice and thin. Can’t eat square Detroit style pizza anymore. Makes me feel awfully full. Just a ton of bread. |

My mom brought the kiddos Culver’s tonight. Pretty good burgers. Culver's has good burgers but the one close to me is in a bad location so we never go there. Maybe you can do door dash or something? Culver’s burgers are so good I can’t imagine eating a burger from anywhere else after trying one of theirs. It’s like a gourmet restaurant burger. |

We're driving right past to go to a sushi place that costs about $40 a person. We can afford it but it's the principle of the thing. |

One of the things I hate about western NY is every town has a Mcdonalds, BK and Wendy's now. Taco Bell and KFC are there too but theres no variety. I wish there was a rule about how many Mcdonalds there could be. Would love an arbys or some kind of other franchise to have a larger presence.
