Right on. I figured to just go ahead and doing the 2 points for round 2, 3 points for round 3 method, so your post locks it up. I'll edit my original post to include the point system.
As for tie-breaker...hmmm...how about a series of 100 matches is run between the two characters that make it to the finals. The tied contestants make their predictions...closest to the winning number wins.
