2/16/2099 We start off with the Masked Assassins backstage. Enigma spoke about his gaining experience and how he’ll make a statement at the Rigel Rumble. Darkos has taught him to put on a show and at the Rumble, it will be a spectacle fitting of a true Enigma!
Heracles d. Monad via countout; Heracles locked in a Grecian sleeper grip which made Monad unable to return to the ring by the count of 10.
Spike was backstage. He talked about not being allowed to have a cleansing. He can sense the doubt the Aethran Oppressor has in the Legends team. He can think of no better way to suppress that doubt than to win the Rigel Rumble for a third time. And once he wins the Rigel Rumble he’ll go on to capture his sixth Galaxian title. Even if that means he has to take down Mayhem!
3 vs. 2 Pillars of Power and Pegasus d. Asylum (Frenzy(3)) via DQ; Frenzy lost his cool and started swinging a chair wildly. He missed Dynamo and hit Pegasus in the head which caused a DQ.
The Brotherhood makes their way to the ring. Ram talks about believing in the occult and bringing destruction to the GWF. Ram is a powerhouse and ready to unleash his power and belief in the occult on the galaxy! There’s no greater symbol than the Galaxian title to further his agenda and that goal starts at the Rigel Rumble!
Royal Blood(Jack of Diamonds) d. Zodiac (Gemini(4)) via DIAMOND CUT; additional tokens Exo-King(3)
A promo showed to hype the Rigel Rumble show. The three way dance between Galaxian Champion Mayhem, Alpha Force, and Pegasus. Also, the Miss Liberty/Maxine Babe match was hyped as the first of its kind in GWF.

2/23/2099 Omega discusses the next evolution of the Champions of Galaxy. Colossus was fortunate to draw #29 in the Rigel Rumble…yet couldn’t win it. With both Heracles and Colossus in the match after number 30 entered he was confident the Champions had turned a corner. There’s still a lot more work to do and he won’t rest until Colossus reaches his full potential. The day of the cyborg will soon be upon us!
Wolf(1) d. Draconian Sheik(2) via SAVAGE FACE CLAW
Generation X(Metalhead) d. Deadly Challenge(Killing Machine(1)) via THE SOUND OF MUSIC
Defender of the Realm(7) d. Chaos via DQ; Frustration was mounting after each failed finish attempt. Finally Chaos refused to break the Bow of Defeat even though Defender of the Realm had reached the ropes.
(Non-Title)Flesh and Bones(Cannibal) d. Gladiators (Massacre) via THROAT SLIT; after the match Commissioner Carter came out. He said that was an excellent display by Flesh and Bones, unfortunately the tag title match for Galacticon has already been signed. At that moment Doomsayer came out with Generation X. Grunge and Metalhead made a title motion as if they would soon be wearing the belts, Carter said Flesh and Bones has potential, but they’ll have their hands full with Titan Wrestling next week!

3/2/2099 Mercenaries(Vigilante) d. Beastriders(Terak(3)) via OPERATION:AMBUSH; additional tokens Soldier of Fortune(1)
Doomsayer was in the ring and he admitted that being eliminated by Pollux in the Rigel Rumble was a low point. Life is about peaks and valleys and while the Rigel Rumble did not pan out, the following day he inked a contract for Generation X to get a tag title shot. With Grunge and Metalhead soon to be tag champs, that will only get the ball rolling and kick the doors open for Entropy!
Street Fight 2 vs. 1 Gladiators(Brute) d. Vengeance(7) via blow by ramming him into the side of a dumpster; additional tokens Massacre(1); this turned in to an all out brawl when Killing Machine and Thunder interfered and Spike came out to even it up. Vengeance did put a beating on Spike(5), but did not come out the victor.
Commissioner Carter was in the ring and hyping up the crowd on the Aethran clash they just witnessed. Heracles came out and said that match had him amped up as well. So much so that he’s looking to face Spike at Galacticon! Carter said he thought that was a great idea and he looks forward to the two facing off.

3/9/2099 We kick off the show with a video package of Pegasus. After that he’s in the ring with the Galaxian title. Pegasus talked about how important was to proving he’s the most powerful in all the galaxy. At Galacticon XXIV he’ll be facing an unknown. A man who has spent less than 10 minutes in a GWF ring. Kati was impressive in a short spurt, but he’s got a grueling task ahead of him. There’s zero chance he takes this title from Pegasus and his TOTAL SUBMISSION!
Marcel de Sade d. Wildcat(2) via Assassin Drop
(Non-Title)Janus d. Spike via GORDIAN KNOT
Commissioner Carter calls Kati to the ring. Kati does a Samoan War Dance and heads down to the ring. Kati has no affiliation. It’s as if he was created for wrestling. He doesn’t need support, because his love for the sport has driven him to the GWF. He’s honored, truly honored to had made his GWF debut by winning the Rigel Rumble. 3/23/2099 We kick off the show with Quasar in the ring. Quasar spoke about being willing to do whatever it takes to get back into title contention. He said putting Splatter through the announce table was a sign of serious change. He knows he’s the greatest Gravity Ball Player of all-time and he’s soon to be noticed as the greatest wrestler of all-time. Commissioner Carter came out and interrupted. He said the Titans had always been honorable, but he’s not so sure about Quasar and he’s also sure that Quasar hasn’t proven to be the best ever. Carter said at Backlash Quasar can try and prove himself against the Matador of M83! Then we’ll see where he ranks on the all-time ranks.

4/6/2099 (Non Title)Colossus d. Pegasus(1) via falling hammer; Commissioner Carter came out after the match. He said he couldn’t believe the Galaxian champion lost to someone who wasn’t even set to be on the Backlash card. He questioned if Pegasus should even have the title. Pegasus needs to prove himself and at Backlash, he’ll get his chance in a Fatal 4-Way. His opponents will be three former Galaxian champions, Raven, Spike, and Ram! Pegasus said he has nothing to prove, but he has no problem with the Fatal 4-Way, because he knows he’s better than everyone else.
Defender of the Realm d. Doomsayer(2) via DEFENDER CANNON
Hitmen for Hire were in the ring and Krakan said he’s really bothered that a newcomer like Kati won the Rigel Rumble and instantly got a Galaxian title shot. Kati must think he can beat anyone and multiple people all at one time. At Backlash, he’ll have an opportunity to show he can, even though Krakan knows he can’t. Kati will face Splatter…and the Mercenaries in a 3 vs. 1 contest at Backlash!
