Power Rating on original GWF 24 (Need your thoughts please)

Hi guys...

After seeing several feds that are in the "Golden years" (2087-2093) and broc/Mike's podcast, I've decided to reboot my GWF fed (I don't care for current GWF and will just put a side for the moment then deleting).

I plan on seeding the original 24 and having a tournament to decide the first Galaxian Champion.

Sooo...from 1st (the best) to 24th (the worse), could u give me your 'power ratings' of the original 24 please?
