I noticed on some tally sheets there is a tag rating with 0, +1, +2 , +3. What is this rating for and how is it used for tag teams and double teaming?

On the double team charts that have been released, you add those ratings to the roll on the charts, based on the individual teams. The charts explain which ratings correspond to which types of teams.

Thanks for response. Where can I find this chart? I play online and I see an option that lets you roll for double team but no instructions on what to do. I have the ringside companion but didn't see anything for this.

You just basically roll on the chart for a double team. How much you wish to roll, I don't remember. Honestly, had forgotten they had put it in..going to have to play with it.

Like Cory said, you add the modifier correlating to the team attempting the double team. Team regularly: 0 Team occasionally: +1 Team rarely: +2 Team never: +3 You get 3 double teams per match.

This is a very great summary, Slymm! Slammin' Sammy, I sent you a PM with some more detailed scenarios on the ratings. Let me know if you have more questions!

When I use the chart I never bother with the rating. I mean it's wrestling. An established team or a first time team can double team, make saves, etc. I didn't see the need for that much realism.

I use these charts religiously. I think the cohesion of a team like the Road Warriors for example would be significantly crisper than if Hawk were teaming with a guy like Brad Armstrong. The more realism the better imo and I think the charts do a great job of giving a small advantage to regular teams vs makeshift teams. As long as you enjoy the way you play the game, that's all that matters.

Is this chart part of an expansion set?

Adding to the dice roll doesn't prevent double teaming. It makes it less effective with possible backfire results. It's a great way to elevate regular teams above makeshift pairings. I also use the +3 if I want to book dissension between partners.
