For roster size, I like 24-30 so there are enough wrestlers to mix it up, but not so many you get overwhelmed trying to find a spot for them all. With legends I found a fun way to have roster size set to "unlimited" is to run it as if my main group is the largest territory with other "background" territories I can pull talent from for a series of matches, supercard match, or just a quick run to shake things up. For example "Tommy Rich is here from Georgia and he wants to get his hands on Masked Superstar to settle some unfinished business". Then you do your series and one or the other can fade into the background territory until needed again. Thanks MT. Really appreciate the advice. I only have so many cards right now, so I think 20-24 is probably a good roster size. But I Really like the idea of just having “unlimited” with a main “fed”, then occasionally draw from secondary “territories”. Seems like to keep things fresh it’s a good Idea to rotate guys in & out. I know I will be purchasing further sets over time so having options will not be an issue that’s for sure. Keep the suggestions coming, I’m all ears. Pete

Base it around WWF or NWA doesn't have to have the same wrestlers in it as it did back in the did . Use say WWF same as they do in a year using PPV (Maybe change the names slightly if you want) Royal Rumble , Wrestlemania , Summerslam and Survivor Series . I try to add new wrestlers or sets every say 6 months to a fed . After a while the wrestlers that don't to seem to be doing much in your fed . Thinking about changing them around somehow . Create your own feuds , you don't have to repeat history . Same with factions say Heenan Family doesn't have to be the same as it was in WWE . Good luck Thanks Bazzy. I like the idea of loosely basing it on WWF, etc. also, good advice on how you should not limit yourself to real life rivals & allies, etc. that’s kind of what I have been doing. Not necessarily the way to go. I will enjoy trial & error until I figure out how I enjoy playing it the most. I may throw questions your way as I get going here. Championship matches are set: Singles - Macho Man vs Hacksaw Duggan (crazy circumstances how he got to finals. Macho ran through several opponents). Tag - Powers of Pain vs Bulldogs

A while back ago, I cannot remember who posted it, but one idea for rotating in and out wrestlers is to roll dice to see how long they stay before their "contract" runs out.
For example, role a d20, it comes up 17, so your talent you are rolling for is around for 17 months or match cards or whatever.

Alright Randy Savage is my singles champ & The Powers of Pain tag champions in two great matches. Through my tournaments I’ve now got some good match ups, feuds to build, & direction to build my first card for my Fed. I have a question for experienced promoters about booking. Do you throw rivals in there against each other right away or do you put them against opponents you feel they can beat to build their records some, ultimately having them face off at super cards, PPVs, etc. Any booking advice would be appreciated.

usally you do that at special events like you mentioned. or have non title matches to set up the pvp match up.

I believe in the Jim Cornette style of booking, which he has described as "Two guys/girls are gonna fight, who's gonna win?"
Start with that, run a few matches, and tweak as you see fit.

I like to build up with interviews and such before hitting the big matches if you're doing PPVs.
In my primary fed though I do build ups but also just match up people I want to battle (so I totally violate a roster of 24-30 in that fed) I also do an NWA style territory fed where the rosters are smaller and therefore battles against rivals can be more common.
