*In the backstage area, we see Magnum T.A stretching when he is approached by Chris Candido & Sunny. T.A. says Candido has a lot of guts for approaching him after shoving him into that steel post a little over a week ago. Sunny looks around and says it’s funny that she doesn’t see Jim Duggan around because Candido & Bam Bam Bigelow are inseparable. Bigelow then mauls T.A. with Candido joins in shortly after. Duggan arrives and whacks both Candido and Bigelow across the back with his 2x4 and yells, “hyoooooo,” which scares off Sunny.

Ric Flair tells J.J. to calm down because it won’t matter. Flair says DDP isn’t a diamond, he’s a dud. Concerning Don Leo Jonathan, Dillon says it was lowbrow of DLJ to slam Windham on the announce when he knew he couldn’t beat Windham in the 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match. Arn Anderson says it’s a bad referee’s decision that has prevented Tully and himself from competing here tonight and instead they are spectating like losers, similar to The Killer Bees. Tully Blanchard assures Arn they are nothing like the Killer Bees, they are winners. Dillon says on Monday night they will prove they are the best, better than whoever wins The Crusades, by showing that D-Lo Brown & Eddie Gilbert’s luck has run out and sweeping them in the 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match.
