A Masked Assassin resurgence is on it's way to the FTR! Hailing from Archenar by way of Andoromeda 2 is the masked sensation Kholkikos!
Kholkikos was born on Andromeda 2 and trained to be a Galatic Olympian from a young age. He couldn't decide between Olympic disciplines, training in MMA(Father) and Gymnastics(Mother). His father told him tales about a great trainer named Makiwara from the Apus star system. These stories inspired Kholkikos to find and learn from Makiwara.
During his training, Kholkikos was reintroduced to the GWF after finding some old holovids of the Masked Assasins(Hydrax and Daemon) in the Dojo. Makiwara explained he had trained Hydrax and Daemon for their battles in the GWF ring. After a hard day of training, Kholkikos was lying in his bunk, thinking of when he was younger and loved watching his favorite GWF wrestler Swarm. Kholkikos realized he no longer had to follow in his parent's Olympic footsteps and began to forge his path to the GWF.
Makiwara embraced this change in his pupil's direction and trained him until there was nothing more he could learn. Makiwara had kept in contact with Hydrax and sent Kholkikos to continue his training. Hydrax was only happy to help.
Kholkikos persona originates in Greek mythology, honoring the early personas of the Ninja Assassins when they were called the Demons of Hydra. Hydrax was able to contact Darkos and introduce his trainee. Through this assocation, Kholkikos wrestled in the AMF (Achenar Masked Fighters) and teamed with FTR signee Workrate. Kholkikos then moved on to the GWFZ for a short time to train on Assassin Island and wrestle in the CPC Zone. While in CPC, he formed an occasional tag team with Akuma The Ninja. Now signed to the FTR, It's time for a Masked Assassin resurgence. Could we also see a new Masked Assassin tag team between Workrate and Kholkikos? Only time will tell.
