WFL: U.K.
We cold open with Vader, Mr. Hughes and Jim Cornette in the ring. Jim Cornette says Austin Idol brought them in to turn this U.K. brand upside down. Cornette says no one on this roster stands a chance against Vader, and watch as he leaves all bodies laying by the wayside. Cornette says Kurt Angle had no intention of showing up, and didnt want to leave the US anyways. This brings out Lou Thesz, along with Fit Finlay. Thesz says that this brand can be special on its own, and Idol has it all wrong. The sport of professional wrestling is enough, and will outlast all other types of wrestling. Finlay then says he will show Vader in the main event exactly what he has to look forward to from the UK brand.

3. Bob Backlund vs. Ed "Strangler" Lewis w/Baron Von Raschke -Lewis locks the STRANGLER"S HEADLOCK on several times, but Backlund does not tap, Backlund fights back into the match and applies CROSSFACE CHICKENWING on for the submission! Tokens: Backlund: 5 Lewis: 4
4. Fit Finlay w/Lou Thesz vs. Vader w/ Jim Cornette and Mr. Hughes -Complete domination by Vader, as Thesz was able to save Finlay once, but Vader hits VADER BOMB for the win! Tokens: Finlay: 4
Post-match, Thesz goes into the ring, to check on his protoge, but Vader and Hughes jump both men from behind! We then see Mr. Hughes dragged out of the ring, it's Frank Gotch! He applies GOTCH TOEHOLD, Gotch leaves through the crowd when Vader exits the ring!
