It is something that is used during rankings... each character was assigned a number between 1 and 5 with 5 being the top tier.
When a wrestler defeated another, that would be added on point wise to determine rankings.
Not sure if that is even calculated anymore

Is that the Victory bonus, or the match prestige? Still not really understanding.

I believe it is victory bonus...but match prestige works the same with bonuses given for high and epic matches
