 AWAWelcome to my AWA fed! This is an online AWA fed, using wrestlers who competed in the American Wrestling Association from 1960 through 1991. If they wrestled for the AWA, you will find them here. From Bockwinkle, Race and Backlund to Buddy Rose, Adiran Adonis and King Kong Brody.... they are here (or will be soon). I am using the Filsinger Games Online engine to play out cards and will keep stats on Excel. I will have an AWA World Championship as well as AWA World Tag Team Championship. Unlike the WWE, I'm not interested in 10 different "lesser championships". I want to keep this Fed simple and fun. I will book as I see fit and allow the storylines and feuds develop naturally. This is meant to be fun and relaxing. I'm gonna enjoy this project!!!

AWA All Star Wrestling - Card 1
The Rock 'n Roll Express defeated The Long Riders with a devastating DOUBLE DROPKICK and pin by Ricky Morton.
Ray Stevens defeated Curt Hennig with his BOMBS AWAY knee drop.
Larry Zbyszko defeated The Grappler with a series of head slams into the turnbuckle and quick pin (using the ropes).
The Vachons defeated Rose & Somers in a one-sided match, finished with a QUADROUPLE FOOT STOMP.
In the Main Event, Nick Bockwinkel defeated Steve Regal with a FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK. Bockwinkel looked impressive in the win.

AWA All Star Wrestling - Card 2
King Kong Brody defeated Stan Lane with a twisting vertical suplex and pin. Easy win for Brody.
Ivan Koloff defeated Dutch Savage after Savage was disqualified for hitting Koloff with a steel chair outside the ring.
The Crusher defeated Adrian Adonis with his CRUSHER BOLO right hook. While Adonis was down, Baron von Raschke hit the ring and he and The Crusher put the boots to Adonis. Adonis has to be stretchered from the ring!
Bob Backlund defeated Baron von Raschke with a backbreaker and pin. After the match, Backlund stared down The Crusher, who was at ringside, until the heels left the ring area.
In the Main Event, The Flying Redheads defeated Bockwinkel & Stevens when Nick Bockwinkel was disqualified for ramming Red Bastien's head into the ringpost! Referees had to separate the two teams and escort them to the back.
From the training room: Adrian Adonis suffered a concussion and will miss 5 cards. Suspensions may be coming for von Raschke and The Crusher. We'll see...

AWA All Star Wrestling - Card 3
Curt Hennig defeated Red Bastien with a surprise rollup and pin. Hennig used his quickness to get the win.
The Grappler hit the ring and called out Larry Zbyszko, stating he was “cheated” two weeks ago. Zbyszko made his way to the ring for this return bout. Larry Zbyszko defeated The Grappler with a spinning back kick and pin. This was a “clean” win for Larry Legend.
In a mild upset, The Crusher & von Raschke defeated the Rock 'n Roll Express as a dazed Ricky Morton couldn't break von Raschke's BRAINCLAW and tapped out. A wild match!
Stan Hanson defeated Butcher Vachon after Vachon was disqualified for wrapping a mic cord around Hansen's neck outside the ring.
In the Main Event, the fans were stunned as Manny Fernandez defeated Harley Race with the FLYING BURRITO. Race kicked the bottom rope in disgust as Fernandez celebrated with the fans at ringside.
Commissioner's Office: Both Baron von Raschke and The Crusher were fined $10k (each) for their attack on Adrian Adonis. No suspensions were handed down.

AWA All Star Wrestling - Card 4
“Mr Electricity” Steve Regal & The Grappler defeated the The Flying Redheads after The Grappler delivered a spinning neckbreaker to Billy Red Lyons. Lyons couldn't kick out, sending the Redheads to their first loss.
Stan Lane defeated Ivan Koloff after Koloff was disqualified for laying out Lane with his steel chain. Lane had to be helped to the back.
Dutch Savage defeated Ray Steven with a belly to back suplex and pin. Not the match result Stevens expected.
In an absolutely insane match, The Crusher defeated Bob Backlund after Backlund, who was frustrated, snapped and used a steel chair on The Crusher. This match lasted nearly to the 20 minute time limit and saw both men kick out of multiple near falls (10 in total). A barn-burner of a match! Both men were left bloodied and spent. Amazing!
In the Main Event, Nick Bockwinkel defeated Mad Dog Vachon with the BOCKWINKEL SLEEPER. Bockwinkel dominated this match, who's outcome seemingly was never in doubt.
