two first shows, and in the words of the Miz...that was AWESOME. can't wait for more It was actually just one show split into two parts... I like doing this with longer cards because I find it makes it easier to digest for some reason that I can't readily explain... HA! All I can say is that I've started my fair share of indy feds and this is the most excited I've ever been to watch how things unfold... Truly appreciate the very kind words, my friend... Very awesome indeed. Congrats to Big Picture for grabbing the gold. Totally stoked that Picture won the gold... Seems kinda fitting since he was the champ at the time that I decided to hijack the company's real-life record books... I was rooting for Brooke to win the women's title and she came SO CLOSE, but Gordy interrupted the fall and Baszler was able to capitalize... I think I might have jumped the gun on pairing up Justin Decent & The Death Dealer, but they had one helluva Ladder War against Matty Star & Sparrow... That feud is gonna be a slow burn as Reno Scum are going to be the first challengers for the tag belts. Very pleased that you're enjoying this fed as much as I am, my friend... Onward and upward! |

This fed is great! I am looking forward to getting caught in my GWF chapters and then using these new Impact Pro sets. One aspect that I find exciting is bringing in outside talent to compete against the Impact Pro guys, using the regional hometown advantage... There are so many wrestlers that have appeared in IPW over the years and more that I think will fit right in... Wes Brisco, Brian Pillman Jr, Curt Stallion, Fred Yehi and a number of others will probably make regular appearances... Also has me really hoping that we get another IPW set next year... As well as some other indy guys that could appear in upcoming sets or Promoter Prime that have competed in IPW like Jeremy Wyatt, Kobe Durst, Devin Cutter & Mason Cutter, Damien Saint, etc. Totally look forward to seeing how you implement these guys in your existing promotions, my friend... yeah, I learned that lesson. Much easier to read 4-6 matches than 8-15. In addition, I'm going to try something completely different for my weekly shows... It's not a unique concept, but I don't think it's anything I have tried before... The weekly shows will be 'taped in advance' and broadcasted on later dates which will be noted in the header for each show... Meaning that several matches will be recorded during a single taping and then the results will be spread out over the course of 2-3 streaming broadcasts... Hope everyone enjoys it! |
