It looks like I might make it to this show next weekend, my first time seeing GCW live. Do most of the wrestlers do gimmick sales at the show? There are about ten Filsinger cards it would be cool to get signed. Can't speak for the American shows but at the GCW UK shows last week all the wrestlers were about after the show. Even those who didn't have merch were hanging about for photos and autographs. I would guess they do the same at the American shows too

We have multiple signings tonight at GCW! Thanks to my friend Alex who worked at GCW for helping me make some of these signings!

I am home now in Las Vegas from GCW in Los Angeles.
I had permission to leave work early today but I ended up staying the full time because there was an accident outside the school where a truck hit and killed somebody on a motorcycle, so traffic was backed up and I waited for it to disperse before trying to leave campus.
I got to the airport and the parking garage was full so I had to go to Economy parking and I did not know where the hell that was at first, but I finally got there by following the signs and then taking a shuttle to the airport. But I made my flight so it worked out OK.
I landed in Burbank (I won't fly into LAX anymore for various reasons) and I had almost 3 hours until bell time so I got a drink and watched the first episode of Andor on my phone. I then caught a Lyft and had an ETA of 7:20 which was perfect but traffic was so bad that I did not actually get there until almost 8:00, but I still made it before belltime.
I sat front row stage tonight.
some match results:
Arkangel Divino defeated Ultimo Maldito. Arkangel Divino and Ultimo Maldito are brothers who usually wrestle in Mexico. This was a great opening match and I am glad I made it to the venue in time to avoid missing it.
Joey Janela and Starboy Charlie vs the South Pacific Savages (Jacob Fatu & Juicy Finau) ended in a no-decision but set up a rematch in a steel cage for when GCW returns to Los Angeles next month.
Jordan Oliver defeated Kevin Blackwood via his CLOUT CUTTER. This was a good match.
Cole Radrick defeated Jack Cartwheel to retain the GCW Extreme Championship. Later during the show, on the stage where I was sitting I saw Cartwheel sitting at a table with Bret Lauderdale and he signed my copy of his card.
Blake Christian defeated Titus Alexander.
Mance Warner defeated Hunter Freeman in a deathmatch.
B-Boy defeated Eli Everfly, Jimmy Lloyd, Jordan Cruz, Marcus Mathers, and Dyln McKay in a scramble match.
Jonathan Gresham defeated Nick Wayne. This was one of my favorite matches of the night.
GCW World Tag Team Champions Mega Bastards defeated BUSSY in the main event.
After the show, I made 3 signings for the game and for 2 of those signings I had help from my friend who works for GCW when they are in Los Angeles. After I made those signings, I left and rode home with my friend Alex (who worked the merch table tonight for GCW) and Gregory Sharpe who is the current FSW Nevada State Champion (he was one of the staff who took the suicide dive in the Mance Warner/Hunter Freeman match.) We went to this taco restaurant that Gregory likes (I had an awesome burrito) before leaving the Los Angeles area. I slept most of the way home. I woke up once when we pulled over for Alex and Gregory to take turns doing the driving and then I woke up again as we approached the airport to drop me off where I had parked in Economy Parking.
This past week was very stressful and emotional for me with the passing of my cat who had to be euthanized in my arms at the veterinary Emergency Room, so it was great to go out to Los Angeles after work and have some fun at GCW tonight. This was Show #48 for me in 2022.
