Sounds about right, Dusty probably getting what he could from T-Bolt till his time was up and he knew Manny could tag with just about anyone. Well, they're definitely making waves on the Sunrise Coast, my friend... Onward and upward!

I too like Thunderbolt Patterson & Manny Fernandez teaming up and indeed they did team in the NWA back in the day. Tough loss recently to Bob Orton & Don Muraco in what sounded like a great match.
Maybe Dan Severn was disappointed, but I was thrilled to see your dice finally give Stan Hansen a signature win. I'm hoping for big things from Hansen as well as Big Van Vader in SCW.

Maybe Dan Severn was disappointed, but I was thrilled to see your dice finally give Stan Hansen a signature win. I'm hoping for big things from Hansen as well as Big Van Vader in SCW. Manny & T-bolt are a really fun team and I'm hoping they can work their way up the rankings and into title contention... They have definitely been holding up well in their current rivalry with Hennig & Blanchard... Can't wait to see what happens when they join 2 Cold Scorpio & Marcus Alexander Bagwell to face Orton, Muraco, Hennig & Blanchard in that upcoming Team Survivor Challenge. Stan Hansen is making a few waves in singles competition... Something that he was never able to accomplish in LCW... And I don't think it will take long for Vader to establish himself as a dominant competitor... Although, Dr Death is no pushover and their first head-to-head encounter will have huge ramifications on the title scene. Truly appreciate the continued interest and kind words, my friend... Many thanks!

KILLER BEES (Brian Blair & Jim Brunzell) def. George South & Keith Steinborn. squash - Brunzell finished Steinborn with a sleeper. -- Tokens: Steinborn 2 - Gordon Solie prematch interview with Killer Bees. They were interrupted by Buddy Rose, who wanted payback against the Bees for ruining his Open Challenge on the previous card. Rose caused a distraction while his new tag team partner, Doug Somers, tried to ambush the Bees with a foreign object. Their plan backfired and Somers accidentally struck Steinborn! <Steinborn added one token and Brunzell started against Steinborn on Level 3 Offense.> - Rose & Somers did not stick around to watch the outcome.
SCOTTY RIGGS def. Mike Jackson. ***1/2 - Riggs pinned Jackson after a FIVE-ARM. -- Tokens: Riggs 4 - Jackson 4 - Gordon Solie post-match interview with Jackson. Although he lost the match, Jackson was pleased that he was able to push Riggs to the limit and immediately issued a challenge for a rematch. Riggs came out to accept the challenge and the match was scheduled for the next card!
QUEBECERS (Jacques Rougeau & Pierre Carl Ouellet w/ Jimmy Hart) def. 2 Cold Scorpio & Marcus Alexander Bagwell. *1/2 - Rougeau pinnned Bagwell after teaming with Ouellet for a TOWER OF QUEBEC. -- Tokens: Bagwell 6 - Despite a noble effort, Bagwell was unable to reach his own corner for a much needed tag. As a result, the Quebecers will face the British Bulldogs on the next card to decide the number one contenders for the SCW National Tag Team Championship. - Gordon Solie post-match interview with Hart and Quebecers. They spoke about their upcoming match against the Bulldogs and Hart was confident that his team would emerge triumphant. Vive le Quebec!
BOB ORTON JR (w/ Don Muraco) def. Thunderbolt Patterson (w/ Manny Fernandez) via DQ. *** - Patterson was disqualified <out of the ring, snake eyes> after he smashed Orton with a blatant chairshot. -- Tokens: Patterson 4 - Orton 3 - Gordon Solie prematch interview with Fernandez & Patterson. They delivered a passionate interview and Patterson was clearly fired up for his match. <Patterson started on Level 2 Offense.> - Patterson clearly had the match won after hitting Orton with a HEAD BUTT, but a clever assist by Muraco turned the tide. Angered by the interference, Patterson allowed his temper to cost him the match. - Curt Hennig & Tully Blanchard rushed the ring to attack their rivals, Fernandez & Patterson, after the bell. A moment later, 2 Cold Scorpio & Marcus Alexander Bagwell arrived to level the playing field. Security was needed to restore order. Bagwell & Patterson vs. Orton & Hennig was scheduled for the next card!
Lance Russell special interview with Dan Severn. He made excuses for his loss to Stan Hansen on the previous card, calling his opponent an unprofessional brute. Hansen cut him off and security was needed to prevent a brawl. Hansen vs. Severn rematch was scheduled for the next card!
STEVE WILLIAMS def. Dennis Condrey (w/ Bobby Eaton & Jim Cornette). **** - Williams pinned Condrey after a BACKDROP DRIVER. -- Tokens: Williams 3 - Condrey 6 - Gary Michael Cappetta's introductions were cut short when Eaton & Condrey jumped Williams on his way to the ring. Williams turned things around, lifting Eaton into the air and slamming him on top of Condrey. <Williams started on Level 3 Offense.> - Interference by Cornette and Eaton could not stop Williams, who left all three men lying in a heap. Williams warned Cornette not to get involved in his match against Big Van Vader at Ring Of Fire #2.
ADRIAN ADONIS (w/ Jimmy Hart) def. Masked Superstar. ** - Adonis pinned Superstar after a gut wrench backbreaker. -- Tokens: Adonis 2 - Superstar 1 - This was the second match in a Best of Five series. Using the ropes for additional leverage, Adonis scored a tainted pinfall and gained a 2-0 lead in the series.
Lance Russell announced that next week's main event will be a Falls Count Anywhere match between Sandman and Ox Baker! He then reviewed the card for Ring Of Fire #2: - Harley Race (c) vs. Bruiser Brody for the SCW National Heavyweight Championship - Steve Williams vs. Big Van Vader - Team Survivor Challenge: 2 Cold Scorpio, Marcus Alexander Bagwell, Manny Fernandez & Thunderbolt Patterson vs. Bob Orton Jr, Don Muraco, Curt Hennig & Tully Blanchard - No Holds Barred: Rob Van Dam vs. Eddie Gilbert - More to come!
HARLEY RACE & KURT ANGLE def. Bruiser Brody & Iron Sheik (w/ Rock Riddle). *** - Race pinned Sheik after a PILEDRIVER. -- Tokens: Race 1 - Brody 2, Sheik 5 - As the current number one contender for Race's title, Brody was focused on getting his hands on the SCW National Heavyweight Champion. He was unprepared for Angle, who took him out with an OLYMPIC SLAM.

SCW has been off on a great tear brother Pariah! Too bad about Lou Thesz losing the title but I had a feeling Machomania was going to carry over from LCW. Really like The Express teamed up with Vader. Quite the powerhouse team. Love the minimalist approach to posting the match results. Just bought my season tickets. Curious to see who you bring in, as well as rotate out of the fed. Rock on!

Trying to keep both the roster and event summaries slim n' trim in order to maximize actual gameplay... Seems to be working so far. Putting Vader with Cornette and the Midnight Express just seemed natural... And even though a longer inaugural reign for Thesz would have helped build up the title a bit better... You've just gotta love the MADNESS! OHHH, YEAH!

Go Quebecers and Adonis. Great action as always. Vader with Cornette and the Midnights is something I've done as well. I'm happy with the stable that Jimmy has assembled so far with Adonis and the Quebecers, even though I'd like to see him pick up another client or two over the course of the next few months. I'm fairly certain that Cornette managed Vader in WWF... Did he not? Or am I imagining that? Always appreciate the input, my friend... Many thanks!
