RON HUTCHISON def. Keith Steinborn. * - Hutchison finished Steinborn with a SHEDIAC LOBSTER TRAP. -- Tokens: Steinborn 1 - A surprise appearance by Vampiro during Gary Michael Cappetta's introductions allowed Steinborn to jump Hutchison before the opening bell. KURT ANGLE def. Bob Orton Jr. **1/2 - Angle pinned Orton after an OLYMPIC SLAM. -- Tokens: Orton 1 - Gordon Solie prematch interview with Angle. He was just starting to address his ongoing rivalry with Iron Sheik when he was attacked from behind! When Solie mentioned that the impromptu team of Bagwell & Patterson had scored back-to-back victories over the past two weeks, they became openly hostile. Congrats to the British Bulldogs on winning the SCW National Tag Team Championship! They had to get past The Quebecers to earn it and then took out the Midnight Express despite the best efforts of Jim Cornette.
Overall, I really enjoyed the recent action in SCW (save for Severn getting his win back over Hansen lol) and the championship picture, including the GPWA, is very exciting.

The Bulldogs make great champions, but I'm sure we haven't seen the last of Cornette and the Midnight Express... Expecting them to continue causing trouble for awhile yet... As for Severn getting his win back, I'm happy it happened just to set up the steel cage rubber match. Totally appreciate the excellent feedback, my friend... Many thanks!
