Always tough for me when The Midnights and the Bulldogs battle but I hope for a better match soon. Same with Briscos and Kangaroos except that was a barn burner.

Fortunately, the assist by Cornette kicks off a program between the Midnights and Bulldogs that pretty much guarantees a rematch in the near future... Just realized that DK and Eaton never faced each other in LCW - a bit of a surprise since both figured somewhat prominently into my cruiserweight division... So, that singles match will happen on the next card and we'll see what those six-sided bookers have to say. Briscos vs. Kangaroos did not disappoint... And the post-match interview with Solie has me thinking that Red Berry is already angling for his team to get another shot. Always appreciate the continued interest, my friend... Many thanks! |

- Lewis finished Gama with a STRANGLER'S HEADLOCK. -- Tokens: Gama 11
- Gordon Solie prematch interview with Lewis. He delivered a passionate interview and was fired up for the upcoming match. <Lewis started on Level 2 Offense.>
- Lewis jumped Gama and choked him out with a leather belt.
Bill Apter special interview with Randy Savage, who was joined by Sherri Martel. He pointed at the rankings and felt he was owed a title shot. Commissioner Teddy Long stated that Savage would be granted a match against Lou Thesz for the GPWA World Heavyweight Championship at Ring Of Fire #1.
HARLEY RACE def. Terry Gordy to win the SCW National Heavyweight Championship. **1/2
- Race pinned Gordy after a PILEDRIVER. -- Tokens: Race 3 - Gordy 1
- Race narrowly avoided disqualification while making a big comeback.

- Abdullah forced Destroyer to surrender with a nerve hold.
- Order of entry (final fatigue count):
1. Bobo Brazil (6 tokens) and Jackie Fargo (9 tokens)
2. Jimmy Snuka (6 tokens) and Abdullah the Butcher (4 tokens)
3. Johnny Valentine (3 tokens) and Gorilla Monsoon (8 tokens)
4. Bruiser Brody (5 tokens) and The Crusher (7 tokens)

- This was a marathon match <FG Online logged the match at over 500 entries> and all existing scores were apparently settled except for one. Brody continued to assault Crusher with a steel chain after the bell! Snuka intervened, pulling Brody away from his victim. Brody was furious and demanded answers, but Snuka would not be baited into a confrontation.
