Don't feel too bad, postal service issues are happening everywhere. Had a piece of an out of stock order that I placed before the Out of Stock message came out. The item was shipped on Monday via Priority. Hasn't been scanned since it's departed from the origin point. If it isn't here by Friday, I'll let the folks from FG know.

My guess is mail in south FL might be messed up due to Ft Myers. It is possible there is a sorting station there...or was depending on if it is still standing. I live in central FL and I got my set a few days ago.

Got my set yesterday. Looks great. I cannot wait to see how Ford Nexus does in my fed. Yea, I try not to complain but man we need to work on our proofreading. Ford Nexus was just one of numerous errors I found in the handbook. It was understandable back in the 90's but it is 2022. No reason to have these bad of mistakes. Does not look good especially to a new player. The company is getting bigger and needs to appear to be a legit company. Hopefully dialing back the number of sets they release each year will help with that. Beyond that issue this set is AMAZING. You’re hired. Start reading 2094 when you get a chance. So I dug out my original 2094 handbook and I must say this one is one of the better written ones. On a first read I saw two words that were strung together without a space. I should have made a note of it then because I cannot find it on a second read and a couple gloss overs. I will give it another try or two. Beyond that the only thing that felt a bit off, just in my opinion, was using King Lear's real name in the middle of his profile. I am not sure what set it was revealed his name was Chronos but it seemed weird to pop up since it is hardly ever used. Other than those two minor things the book looks good. |

I have a quick question:
On Cannibal's L1O he has head cracker -2 (ch D.) Is that supposed to be a -3 (D), a -2 (ch C), or a -2 (ch F) ?
I was thinking perhaps -3 (ch D) ?

I found the place where the two words are ran together in the 2094 handbook. During the Galactic Rebels press conference, as Doomsayer is introducing Doomsday Creature the sentence starts with "Witha" instead of "With a". This handbook is much cleaner than the 2093 one.

Our postal system is a shambles at the moment with strikes. Haven’t had so much as a letter and bill in days. It’s pretty frustrating but guess just have to be patient. |

Well, so long as you have a Kronos fed, according to Swarm, you are hired for editing purposes. I would say that while FG has possibly grown, they also do not have full time employees - most of our friendly faces at Fed HQ are doing this a side gig due to their love of the community and its fans. I'm pretty certain that a simple error like "witha" or Ford Nexus, we all know what was intended. If it truly does take away from the gaming experience, then that stinks for the person it takes away from. I for one read the book, but a typo here or a typo there isn't going to take away from how I play the game, and certainly not away from my enjoyment. Thanks to the crew at Fed HQ for consistently producing things that have given me much enjoyment in years past, the present, and I am sure, God willing, the many years of enjoyment in the future as well! |
