Morpheus and the Citadel of the Elite was shown backstage. He was trying to bring the crew together celebrating that the title is back in the group. Chaos sneered as Matador was looking confident as ever.

Commissioner Carter was in the ring and ready to announce the next GWF PPV. He brought out Matador of M83 to join him and said it’ll be Halloween Havoc! Heracles came out and said for too long the Champions of the Galaxy have been pushed aside, but no more! Heracles will face Matador at Halloween Havoc and win the Galaxian title for the 1st time! Matador chuckled and gripped his title tightly as it hung over his shoulder.

A promo video showed hyping up Vyper; We see a clip from backstage where Enigma is cackling at Vyper’s promo. Vyper walks up and challenges him. In two weeks at Masterlock No. 59, Vyper vs. Enigma!

The Masked Assassins came out to the ring and were talking about how great they are when interrupted by the Mercenaries! The Mercenaries said the Masked Assassins had a hit out on them and they were going to pay up in a big way. First, they’re going to put a hurting on the Demons of Hydra next week and then they’re going to finish them and Enigma off at Halloween Havoc! Enigma chuckled and Demon and Hydra squared up looking ready to fight.

(Non-Title)Zodiac(Mesmer) d. Vanguard(Overkill(1)) via EVIL EYE; Dragonmaster and Rising Sun were guest commentators for this match. Vanguard got distracted by them and Overkill turned around in to an Evil Eye!

Champions of the Galaxy came out to the ring and were discussing Halloween Havoc. Colossus will be meeting Chaos while Heracles gets a shot at Matador of M83’s Galaxian title! Suddenly the Citadel of the Elite appeared and stormed the ring. The two groups were exchanging blows when the Champions got the upper hand. When Heracles clotheslined Matador of M83 over the ropes he landed next to Chaos who didn’t bother helping him up. Matador got up quickly and gave a little shove to Chaos to create space. The two gave a quick look at each other and then back at the Champions of the Galaxy, then they walked away from the ring.

After the Citadel had cleared the ringside area, Pollux’s music came on. Pollux did his schtick about being all knowing of the GWF’s future Commissioner. He was going to impress tonight as he takes down Alpha Force! The Champions cleared the ring to allow Alpha Force to start his match.

Heracles was shown backstage and asked about his upcoming title opportunity at Halloween Havoc. He feels he’s never been more prepared for a title match and he’s looking to finally capture GWF gold.

A Defender of the Realm promo was shown and it showed him going through a lot of mental agony. Visiting his old therapist, an old asylum, and the question was asked, is any of this funny? At the end of the promo.

Vengeance was backstage shown talking with Thakur. He turned to the cameraman and told him their conversation was none of his business. What’s Vengeance got up his sleeve?

Monad was shown with a “doctor” stating where his four shoulders are and how they’ve never all been down at one time. Holocaust suddenly appeared and called out Monad. He said he was sick of his claims and next week on Masterlock he’s going to shockwave all four of his shoulders! Monad replied, impossible, you’re on.

Commissioner Carter kicked off the show in-ring. He discussed Halloween Havoc’s results and riding that high. There’s no time like the present and this Sunday is Survivor Series! All titles will be on the line and there will be 4 4 vs. 4 matches! Who will team up and compete? We’ll know soon enough.

After the break Citadel of the Elite was in the ring. It was announced that Matador would be defending his Galaxian title against Colossus and the remaining members would be facing off with the Champions of the Galaxy! This queued up the Champions of the Galaxy to come out to ringside. Colossus discussed the opportunity ahead of him and Chaos told him he wouldn’t make it to Survivor Series. An all out brawl erupted between the two factions as the Citadel got the upper hand. The Champions of the Galaxy regrouped together outside of the ring as security stood between the groups.

He said he has a deal for Survivor Series, Draconian Sheik will be facing Spike for the Interplanetary title! Which means his Murderer’s Row team needs two more to face off with the Max Shield and the Titans. How about a few headbangers teaming out with Cycle Hog and Death’s Head? Grunge and Metalhead discussed it and Metalhead said “it’s a gig.”

Vengeance d. Max Shield via LETHAL CATAPULT; Cycle Hog and Death’s Head distracted while Grunge hit Max Shield with his guitar before Vengeance hit the Lethal Catapult. All rushed Quasar and Titan Fury to clear them from ringside as they fled through the crowd.

Backstage Champions of the Galaxy were discussing what transpired earlier. The Citadel approached them backstage and brawl erupted again! The Champions were able to thwart the Citadel’s advance this time and they had to abort their ambush.

We kick off the show in Commissioner Carter’s office. He’s obviously talking to a couple people but it’s not show who they are from behind the back of the chairs. Carter tells them they’re free to talk to whomever they like. He informed them he was on his way out, but the next Commissioner will be excited for the excitement they’ll bring.
